Very nice, clean, comfortable hotel. Nice location. The staff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to assist with some travel issues I was having. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stop over
One night stop travelling to France. We enjoyed the close proximity to centre of town- five minute walk- and that we were just off the motorway. Desk staff very helpful and polite. Plenty of hand sanitizer around and masks worn by guests while moving around. Nice size room on ground floor.

A basic, no frill place...
It‘s a basic, no frill place in Offenburg, but clean and at short walking distance to the railway station. I was leaving early, so cannot review their breakfast.

The hotel is within walking distance from Offenburg train and bus station. It is a basic 'no frills' hotel and good value for money. Offenburg is within the Ottenau region and one can use the day pass costing c.€8 to travel within the area. There is a lovely quaint town centre nearby with shops and restaurants.

Convenient clean hotel short distance from the rail station. Comfortable Bar and restaurant with friendly staff. Rooms are compact but clean and have all you need. Can recommend.

Great experience, my partner and I had our anniversary here and it was better than expected, staff was wonderful, well attentive, I didn't know how to get around and explore and to our surprise Doreen Helwich had researched, printed off, and explained what is close for attractions, best places to go to, recommendations and how to get there. 10/10.

Good basic hotel very convenient to the centre of Offenburg. We were able to store our bags while we explored. Staff gave us a few options for restaurants, and we enjoyed the one we chose. After we picked up the rental car they were happy for us to use the car park to collect our things.

Spent one night to catch early morning train. 6 minute walk to train station. Room was small but very clean. Single bed (as advertised). Smallest shower I'd ever seen. All essentials included, including coffee / tea, wifi, etc. Had to walk up two flights of stairs. Overall functional and comfortable. Would not want to spend an extended amount of time but fine for purpose of catching train.

unprofessional staff
The Lady Staff with Long Black pony tail that check us; is in need to go for a Seminar on A World of Welcome Hospitality course; she do not know how to welcome and receive a guest properly. The Housekeeper staff knows better to render greetings of a proper Good morning than the Staff on the Reception desk. The Kettle in the room is broken, they should check this before turning it to the next guest for occupancy , not the guest to discover it is defective The Grouting tile in the toilette shower is moldy , they should make sure its is kept clean and tidy before the next guest use.

Nice Hotel
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the hotel was in a good location, a short walk from the train station and the center of town on a quiet street. I would stay here again if I'm in the area and I would recommend this hotel to my friends.
