The room itself was clean but no blankets or real comforter just a couple of thin sheets on the bed. Front desk staff was the worst I’ve ever dealt with! Very unfriendly and unwilling to help solve any issues. Tried to charge me triple for parking because I was on a motorcycle.

We took a girls trip to celebrate my mom’s birthday and the location was perfect! Corner of Bourbon and Canal street. The staff very nice, and room was clean. We will definitely stay here again!

I was super disappointed that I paid $300 a night to look at a wall. I asked about the view prior to booking, was told that I would either be seeing the bourbon street or the city streets. I saw neither, I asked the lady at the desk what my view was when I checked in and she said im not Sure what rooms have what view.

The space right in front of the hotel is dreadful. The staff inside are not very nice either. apart from that completely nondescript chain hotel. Breakfast was quite good, apparently the restaurant has nothing to do with the hotel!

Room and beds half cleaned one bed not the other. Booked with four people, only 3 towels delivered daily. Hotel is in dire need of updating. Old and dingy. Only one elevator working causing multiple delays. No refrigerator

This hotel was not only old but it was also FILTHY! The common areas look as though they haven’t been vacuumed or cleaned in ages. The room was disgusting and smelled. The window leaked and the walls and carpeting were all stained. The bathtub was dirty and fill of mold. The room smelled terrible and one of the two elevators were down.

Room was completely dirty Went and got cleaning supply to clean room No clean towels Dirty sheets When asked for clean sheets and towels we were told they didn’t have anyone working doing laundry asked for cups for 3 people she gave me 1 Will never stay here again !!!!

This hotel is outdated, dark and in need of a deep clean. The staff is aloof and more interested in who was leaving early than in checking me out. Recognizing this hotel is RIGHT on Bourbon, the hotel has seen it’s fair share of late night drunk debauchery - it just hasn’t cleaned up after it! The elevator perpetually smelled of beer and body odor and there was unidentifiable hairy debris on the floor. I tried using the “business center” and the computers didn’t work. Overall a pretty miserable experience!

The room was dusty. The remote control looked as if it had never been wiped down and the surfaces were dusty too. The staff was not engaging at all. When you enter the building no one greets you or says good morning or good night or even asks you if you need anything or how your stay is going. And twice housekeeping barged into my room. They open the door as they’re knocking. They dont wait for a response.

Good location and parking. Waited a bit too long to be acknowledged at the counter at check out while employees chatted. Pillows were too thick without multiple options and there was no extra blanket in the closet or coverlet on the bed for comfort. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and restaurant was good.
