Need Improvement

Pros: Location is near most popular attractions.
Cons: Hotel guest schedule should be the first priority rather than the room service personnel. One caveat is reasonable expectation.
Location: Near French Quarter, CBD and Garden District. Streetcar accessibility.
All was fine till room service imposed their schedule on the guest. Room service came and wanted to clean room at once. Needed 5 minutes to dress and get out of way. From there it snow balled, it took two hours for her to get back to clean the room and the personnel had some attitude. Little does she know that she is working in the service industry when the mantra is "customer comes first".

No Towels in the Room after Cleaning the Room

After the room was cleaned the first day, there were no towels in the room and it took approximately 30 minutes to get towels and I had to go to another event which made me late for the event. My overall stay was good +

Great location, but things to improve! : (

Personally I did not like the check in and check out hours, because I'm paying for only 19 hours instead of 24 ... Also the inconvenient pool hours are late in the morning and early in the night ... The parking should have special good prices for the guests...

Stay away,,,,

Homewood suite needs to update there beds there terrible,,my first room had a molding chair & the dust on the fridge was horrendous.food selection could have been better,,I was very dissatisfied with my stay @ Homewood suites.one exception there bell Man service was excellent.
