Little problem here and there. Bath tub slow draining, crooked faucet. TV doesn't work properly(sgnal on & off)

Nice Hotel close to everything.

Pros: location
Cons: Pool service , Food service, a casual restaurant would be great to have in the hotel.
Location: location is perfect. Across from French Quarter, close to all types of restaurant, shuttle service, street cars and Bus service.
The hotel is very nice and convenient. My kids would have enjoyed more if the pool was a little bigger. Also there is no service at the pool.

Fire alarm went off 3 days in a row woke us up not ok

Active Hotel on the edge of the Quarter

Cons: Room to Room noise is noticeable.
Location: Whatever you can imagine.
Very accessible to many different activities; many within walking distance.

It was an ok hotel.

I'm not giving this hotel 5 stars because it falsely advertised that you get free wifi when you stay there. That's the main reason I booked this hotel. Only to find out it's in the lobby only. We're from a different country so wifi is necessary whenever we travel.

Nice hotel, good location

Pros: Location, location, location!
Cons: The front desk staff needs training on greeting and accommodating guests with a level excellence in their demeanor and actions.
Location: Everything is within walking distance!
First stay here. I', a Marriott Rewards member and I accidentally booked a king bed instead a of a double and tried to change it at check-in but the front desk staff were not able to change it for me. They weren't very accommodating and seemed a bit irritated with my request. All of the other staff members we encountered were very nice and helpful.
