Vallet ridiculously slow. 20 minutes to get car with 12 people standing around talking. Tub stopped up after first shower and then no hot water the rest of the stay. Housekeeping was the bright spot with extremely nice and helpful staff

Great location - access to everything! In town for a House of Blues show and it was literally one block away.

Close to everything in the French quarter

Easy check-in and check-out, and the staff was friendly. Room was nice and comfortable

Elevators SUCK

Most confusing elevators. To top it off they were out of order Sunday when I was checking out with all my luggage.

Usually I stay at hotels in NOLA that have New Orleans charm. But that usually means something is off, old plumbing, old windows (so you here all the street noise), etc. This was just like every other Marriott that I’ve stayed at so the quality was consistent.

First time at this hotel and very happy for having decided to stay. excellent locations , great views, and las but not list service from the staff was excellent!!
