Arrival was a challenge. Had called previously and talked to a Front Desk clerk about the self-parking. I asked if the parking was on property and had been told yes. When I arrived the Loading/Unloading Zone was full (3 vehicles), a Bellman/Valet was outside and told me Self-Parking was 3 blocks down on the right. I parked and had to drag my luggage back 3 blocks. Alarm clock in room did not work. Used tissue on floor under desk. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean, other than the tissue.

First time traveler to NOLA & I will be returning

I loved the location of this hotel. It's perfect! Right on the outskirts of the French Quarter, right by all of the shops, a minute walk to Canal St where the majority of the trolleys are and in walking distance of everything! The only think that would have made this hotel perfect was if there was a fridge in the room, but we made do with the ice bucket since NOLA was smoldering hot and humid when we arrived. There was so much to do and see which is why I would not mind going again!

The staff was awesome! The location is amazing. It's the perfect place to stay when visiting New Orleans.

Room was very clean, noise level in the facility was perfect, closeness to everything was a good factor also.

Hotel was clean, staff was very friendly one of the more cost friendly hotels in the French Quarter.

Nice hotel close to Bourbo street and french quart

My only issue was house keeping did not come to clean my room until after 3pm, I was hoping they would clean the room while I was gone. I left my room all morning as early as 9am. So I declined housekeeping because I needed to take a nap.
