"Fire alarm went off at 1130pm scaring my wife and myself to the point where we couldn’t go back to sleep for hours. It wasn’t until 30 minutes later that we overheard the front desk worker saying it was a malfunction and they were waiting for the manager to come help turn it off because they didn’t know how to fix it. Other then that we have stayed at this hotel for the past 2 years when we are in Pismo beach"

"The Holtel was actually Average, but the service provided from the front desk to housekeeping was exceptional, which made for a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff acknowledge the human being in everyone they came contact with. "

"My wife and I stayed one night for a San Jose State football game. The hotel is conveniently located. It has been remodeled, but still a bit dated. The windows don’t close well so when loud cars are driving by on a Saturday night, you can hear them. Other than that, everything was great. The staff was friendly and very helpful."
