A welcome relief in the chaos of Delhi

Pros: Set in lovely green gardens and surprisingly quiet
Cons: Not much
Location: The Maidens is quite a long way from the airport which makes for a long hot journey through the chaotic traffic to/from the airport.

Although, the hotel is approximately 20 kilometers from the airport, the city traffic occasionally does increase the travel time to the hotel. An oasis in the midst of Delhi

Location: The hotel is only a short drive (tuk or taxi) to Delhi Junction and New Delhi railway stations. The Civil Lines metro station is a short walk away.
This is a beautiful hotel with lots of greenery within the property and a great outdoor pool. The staff was very friendly and professional throughout. Our room was clean and well furnished with a separate living area and bedroom. Top notch bathroom and walk in closet. After a hectic day in the hustle and bustle of Delhi, this was a welcome retreat to relax and gather our thoughts in relative calm and peace.

Very nice heritage hotel in old Delhi

Pros: The building and service. Metro is very close
Cons: They fall short when it comes to service such as private car service. I think they are not set up for this. The pool is a bit spartan.
Location: Old Delhi sites such as the Red Fort, Chandni Chowk, Jama Masjid. Humayun's tomb is very nice.
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. Hotel and service is first class.

Worst and oldest hotel in Delhi

We got sick from eating the room service. Their food hygene is not good at all. In addition, the internet speed was garbage at 2mbps (mega bits per sec) which is extremely slow. The ac made alot of noise and we had to call house keeping to fix it. The shower controls had the cover plate on the taps installed upside down making it an exercise to getting them to work. Save yourself some trouble and don't stay here.

As a company we always place our guest first. It is most unfortunate that you got disturbed by noise during your stay, I have personally shared your feedback with our Chief Engineer. All our air conditioning units have subsequently been checked by the Engineering team. We offer our guests complimentary internet service during their stay with us. It is ideal for browsing, emails and social media. Should there be need to live stream videos or download heavy data files, guests have an option to upgrade to a faster internet service at a nominal charge. One thing that we have religiously been practicing is the high levels of hygiene that we strictly adhere to. Maidens Hotel is FSSAI certified by the Department of Food Safety and I would like to assure you that the most stringent food safety standards are complied with and monitored. Our people, cooking surfaces and utensils are all regularly and randomly tested. In addition to this we execute Periodic Food Handlers Tests at government certified hospitals as per the State government laws. The team and I would be extremely grateful if you gave us another opportunity to redeem ourselves. We would truly want to change your perception and do hope that you will give us another chance to showcase our hospitality and services. Very nice heritage hotel in old Delhi

Stayed one night in heritage room. It was very clean and staffs are impressibly warm and friendly. You can yoga or swim in backyard pool. You'll find some monkeys there if you're lucky :)

2 Day Trip

Pros: In a quiet part of Delhi which was nice
Cons: The bathrooms were tired and dated and could do with an upgrade and the carpets in the hallways could do with replacing
Location: The train station was a short walk but not a lot within walking distance but easy to get a taxi or tuck tuk
We headed to Delhi as part of a travelling holiday around India. This hotel was in a nice quiet part of Delhi which was appreciated after travelling through the chaos in Delhi town centre. Hotel was beautiful, could do with some money spending on it in some areas but overall good. Staff were all really helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay delightful.
