Amazing hotel with serious character!

The hotel is actually the former house of an important family from Granada. They have retained the character beautifully and it’s a stunning place to stay and explore the City. The staff were superb and exceeded our expectations around service and helping arrange trips to the Alhambra as well as a Flamenco show. Would definitely recommend this place as a base to explore a wonderful city.

Nice hotel, nice staff, small spa, uncomfortable room.. too many glass doors and long curtains everywhere with manual system

Lovely hotel with friendly staff

Very polite and friendly staff. Lovely room, actually bigger than I expected. The only downside was that we were looking forward to using the spa facilities/ pool as it comes with our package but it was under mainatenance the weekend we went.

Nice hotel right in the Center

Pros: Overall location and staff.
Cons: Not really.
Location: Lot of shopping around. Walk the streets to experience how locals live.
This is hotel is in a traditional Spanish building. They have retained the old style, rooms have wooden floors. The bathroom has a bidet that we love. Pretty spacious room with old style wooden Windows that open out to the street. Good street view. Nice and very helpful staff. Every time we needed a taxi they made sure to walk us to the taxi translate our destination address and made sure that there was no confusion. They had a one push button taxi call system. Very impressive. Free wi FI. Overall very satisfied. We stayed one night, got there a bit early they were able to accommodate us within reasonable time. We would recommend taxi to Alhambra palace and walk down if you have the strength left. Will write more detail review on Alhambra.

Beautiful Hotel, great staff

Enjoyed our stay as a 10th night reward. We stayed low season, early November. Staff were very helpful and friendly, our room was in the older part of the Hotel, which feels more opulent. Unfortunately much of the spa was undergoing a refurb so couldn't be used and the aroma of solvent could be smelt throughout the hotel. Our parking was comp'd when I mentioned this had marred our stay. Concierge was particularly helpful. Would definitely return.

Recent 3-night vacation stay. Very nice hotel and well located, with a tremendously helpful and professional staff. Dealt promptly and professionally with several issues not of their making, and provided much comfort in doing so. Also arranged an otherwise difficult to book tour that worked out very well. Centrally located within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, cultural venues and historic neighborhoods. Reasonably priced under the circumstances--staff stands out.

Lovely hotel

We very much enjoyed our stay in this hotel in Granada and would happily go back. We stayed in a very bright large room in the new building. It had floor to ceiling windows - although there was a window treatment for privacy. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Impeccable service. Enjoyed the restaurant which has a lovely patio. We walked to the Alhambra from the hotel although there is an uphill walk and the hotel staff recommending taking a taxi. We also walked to the Albaycin area. Only downside was that we were only booked for two nights!
