Right in the heart of Granada tapas!

Posted Nov 14, 2017
Very easy to find on arrival. Room was a good size, with Juliet balcony overlooking Navas. From the balcony we could see the Sierra Nevada... just. Room has everything you'd need. Very busy street, bustling with places to eat, but close the windows and you'll sleep right through it.

Fairly good location, but you can hear everything from the room. Check in was not friendly and the security seems out dated.

Great for sightseeing, plus choice of local bars.

Posted Oct 5, 2017
Pros: Location. Great bars just outside the hotel.
Cons: Bedroom could do with brightening up. Refresh paint and check lighting as several bulbs weren t working, though communal areas well decorated.
Location: Easy walk to sights and bars.
Friendly, helpful staff. Great location in walking distance of all sights. Choice of hot and cold items on the breakfast buffet.

Very central Hotel , close to all Granada attracti

Posted Sep 30, 2017
Cons: Better info on directions / car parking
Location: Right in the centre of town
Quite dated / tired room facilities.......we changed to a bigger/ better room at no charge for the second night. Finding the Hotel by car is impossible, and public parking is very expensive

Good location

Posted Sep 25, 2017
Good three star hotel. Bedding and room clean. Free use of safe in room, just ask on reception for the key. Breakfast had cooked and cereal/bread options and fresh fruit, coffee and tea were avaliabe. Great central location for getting on and off the airport bus, close to eateries and the Corral del Carbón (if you need to print your Alhambra tickets without the walk up to the Alhambra beforehand.) There is a small refrigerator in the room, but no tea or coffee making facilities - so if you fancy a cuppa, bring your own travel kettle.

Hostel disguised as an hotel

Old dirty towels, broken doors, loose shower head. Location is the only plus.

Friendly staff, clean hotel, really good location.

Posted Sep 7, 2017
The hotel is basic but clean and have very helpful staff. It is located in a very popular tapas bar street which is very lively but our room at the back meant we didn't get disturbed by this. The air conditioning works well and is quiet enough to sleep with it on. The location is so central and easy to walk everywhere. The breakfast was adequate but not super. Our only annoyance was that we were not able to get a drink tea or coffee or hot chocolate last thing at night as no drink making facility either in room or centrally. There are several bars just outside front door but I can't really go to those In my pyjamas.

Dear Caren, Thank you for staying with us. First of all, we would like to say that your opinion is very important for us, as we work day by day to meet the expectations of our clients. However, we inform you that we only have breakfast service, the rest of the day the restaurant remains closed. That is why you could not enjoy drinking the rest of the day. Still, we are glad that your stay with us has been satisfactory. We hope you will visit us again soon. Thanks and best regards. Juan Antonio( DIRECTOR)

Central location, perfect for getting around Grana

Posted Sep 3, 2017 on Ebookers
It was a great starting point for the holiday. Since we spent little time in the hotel, it was more about location, and the location was perfect. The staff were Ok, hotel was OK, the room was OK. It wasn't a big spend hotel and would suggest its perfect for anyone looking to stay in Granada for 2-3 nights.

Stay elsewhere, not 3 stars

Posted Aug 8, 2017 on Hotels
The room was smelly and cramped. The lock box didn't work. The furniture was run down. The on-site restaurant is closed. Finally, s staff member helped an older guest first even though I was clearly waiting at the front desk for longer. The older gentleman just burst in an interrupted my conversation with the staff member. The staff member mistakenly helped the older gentleman first, making me wait even though I was there first. Incidents like this make me feel as though I am not as important of a customer as others. When I gave a bad "check in" review, the same staff member called me down on the way to the elevator to "discuss" why we weren't happy with the room. I felt like I was getting called into the principle's office (by a teenager staffer, no less). All in all, this hotel must have received 3 stars a while ago, but things have declined since then.
