Fantastic location for everything the city has to offer
The Ibis is a name you trust when booking a stay online. We found the staff were helpful and the rooms clean, but the beds were not that comfortable, in fact very hard. I travel a lot for my business and although i slept well, getting to sleep was a challenge due to the firm bed. For this stay there ...
This was a great place to stay for my very first visit to HK
This is a hotel in some kind of business block, not just a hotel. The photos used must be very old as the rooms certainly need updating. There are mound stains under the wallpaper and the shower area rusting and the balcony which you can’t access is full of pipes and the windows screwed shut ! I ...
Hotel is a little far from SW station, but overall its great. Provides a free wifi hotspot which was super helpful!
Not the most glamorous hotel in Central but very handily positioned and perfectly suited for a solo businessman on a short trip. The rooms are cosy but clean and comfortable and do the job. The bathrooms are equally sparse but also clean. Does the job and is a good deal. Nice that I got an upgraded ...
Good enough. Nice staff. Room clean and included kitchenette.
Excellent location. Close to everything, clean and convenient. Rooms are very small but good enough for Hong Kong. Nice lobby to spend tine out of your room. Very good value.
Clean and in good repair. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Room is a bit too small and dark. Convenience location though. Overall is acceptable.
A modern, comfortable hotel representing great value. Location in the mid-levels of Hong Kong is perfect; lots of local entertainment, colour and atmosphere and only a short walk from transport hubs.
Overall, an exceptional hotel. The one downside is the potentially long wait to get into the dining area for breakfast.
Can not fault this hotel anyway. HK accomodation is pricey generally. This hotel is only a couple of minutes walk from Sheung Wan MTR and if you are strong and a walker, it’s within 10 mins walk from Central as well as Hong Kong stations- the later is where you catch the Airport express train. Of ...
Hotel was comfortable but the room was a little on the small side. Very quiet up on the 24th floor. Great for getting around.
Great stay. Efficient staff. Fast check in. Great location. Nice tidy spacious room.
TINY room. Comparable in size to a crew cabin on a cruise ship. Had everything I needed. The room was clean and the shower had maximum water pressure. The breakfast was just an assortment of warmed up hard pastries... not so good.
We travelled to Hong Kong for a week in April. Most of the luxury hotel chains are about 400sq ft. One 96 is 800 sq ft with separate living room, mini kitchen with washer and dryer. It was spotless with daily housekeeping to restock towels and l’occitane products. the front desk service was excellent ...
Good value for money. Mid-level location and consequent reliance on taxis means it is sometimes difficult to get away
Great view from the rooms, cheap taxi ride from Central. Not a lot around it other than the zoo. The restaurant seems to be separate from the hotel so you needed to buy a ticket for breakfast and deal with the surly staff in the restaurant. Considering I stayed there for 8 nights they didn't even ...
Great job making people feel welcome. Plenty of staff per customer. Nice facilities, well-connected to MTR and businesses.
An excellent hotel with no reservations about our care. Highly recommended
