Average hotel

I originally booked this room for two nights but modified my booking to just one. Upon checkin, the guy checking me in insisted I had reserved it for two nights and that I could not alter my stay. I had to show him the email. The room was smaller than expected, and I was put on a low floor. I didn't feel like the room was worth the amount I paid for the night. I would not stay here again.

Great location and comfortable stay

Pros: location
Pleasant stay in a great location in Hong Kong. Close to subway; can find many restaurants, bars and small shops nearby or walk to Central . Furniture in the rooms are nice and new, breakfast buffet is decent.

Claustrophobic

Pictures don't look like the room we were actually given. It was small overall for our taste. Very central to downtown but not nice area. We regretted not being closer to the harbor with a harbor view. Not worth it

Great hotel near Central

Pros: Location and staff
Cons: The bedroom air condition gets cooler quicker
Location: Easy access to the station. Close to the tram line. Lots of food places
Staff were great throughout stay. Whenever I requested for something it was provided.

A very good hotel in Soho district

Pros: Staff, cleanliness and good location
Location: The location is great for access to ferries to outer island and Macau respectively. Likewise it is one stop on the MTR to Central / Hong Kong station.
A very clean and tidy hotel in the Soho district of Hong Kong near to an MTR station. The room was excellent, and breakfast room facilities of a very good standard, the hotel also had a gym which was sighted. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I found them to be very hospitable, I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hong Kong. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hong Kong.

Comfortable hotel in typical neighbourhood

Pros: Large comfortable rooms
Cons: Breakfast choice.
Location: Lots of small and large shops and malls nearby.
All was fine, with exception of the internet and hot water which were out one morning.

Spacious hotel with breakfast and kitchen

Pros: Location and spacious. It provide everything you need for the trip. They even provide a free cellular phone for use in Hong Kong.
Cons: Provide cleaner, newer towels.
Location: Small restaurants around. Also it's 10 min walk away from the Hong Kong Macau Ferry Station for going to Macau.
This is the second time we stay in this hotel. Overall, it's still good. It's convenient located just 5 min walk away from ShengWan MTR station. It's spacious and always provide breakfast. Overall, the facility is still same as the first imp when we stay there several years ago, except they really have to work on providing better towels. We stay there 2 nights and both days the towels we got were really tired and some even had holes in it. I think towels are really small things to complete the presentation.
