I've stayed at the Conrad many times and this time stayed a week. The building / decor are becoming slightly dated, and the pool was out of use. However the staff were, without exception, unfailingly polite, helpful and friendly, and the breakfasts were good. It is not the flashiest hotel in HK, and I could frankly do without the Pacific Place "retail experience", but the Conrad is reliably comfortable and has employees who will go the extra mile, so gets another thumbs up from me.

Excellent hotel tho interior is old and dated.
I really love Conrad’s location. It’s so easy to move around from the hotel. I like the staff’s attentiveness to guests needs - they immediately gave me a slight upgrade when I informed them that there was no way I could sleep in a room with the air-con churning like a train running through my room. But Conrad really needs to renovate the interior. While it is still comfortable, it looks old and dated. And some things no longer makes sense such as having a master switch in the doorway instead of by the bed. But overall, I had a very enjoyable and restful stay. The service is very good. Helps that the breakfast spread was generous and delicious as well. Great start to any day! 👍

The previous time i stayed at this hotel, it was great. This time, the room they gave me had a strong weird woody smell. When the air-con is turned on, the smell is faint. Otherwise, the hotel is fine.

This property is older and the lighting is very poor in the room. There was no separate light switch to turn on the bathroom lights without turning in the main switch!! It made it dangerous to go to the bathroom without waking up my husband by turning on the main switch. The breakfast buffet was mediocre and tables were very close to each other. They should have better table arrangement with COVID fresh on patrons mind!! I will not return!!

Expedia is selling a Special Deal from Conrad. Deal states "Rate includes the following: Daily access to the Executive Lounge from 11 AM to 11 PM. Breakfast at the Garden Cafe". But when you check in, Conrad claims they have not heard of such thing and does not honor it. Be aware of deals from this property, it only exists to lure the guests to make reservation.
