Great location with direct access to MTR for transport etc. staff great. Good size room.

SERVICE JUST GETTING WORSE YEAR AFTER YEAR

Pros: Location was convenient if you have meetings in Central HK
Cons: Virtually everything except the drivers - see above.
Location: Business meetings only
I have stayed at this hotel many times through the years. My most recent stay will be my last. Most of the staff had great difficulty with English which made ordering in restaurants, travel plans and general requests almost impossible to get accomplished. Even worse was the service I received (or did not receive) throughout my stay. Condescending nature, failure to accommodate us in either main restaurant on numerous occasions, and overall lack of service at all levels with the notable exception of the drivers who were very nice and helpful.
