Unfortunately, this particular room was very noisy from the main road facing the room. I was unable to have a good sleep throughout my 4-night stay at the hotel. Upon check-in and entering the room, the bathroom had an awful smell which I had to clean it myself. However, the smell from the drainage remain. The shower gel dispenser in the shower was leaking. Nevertheless, the rest of the hotel are nice and clean. The breakfast was good with sufficient varieties from local and western food.

Clean n bright lobby n restaurant. Friendly n helpful staff. Respectful n humble. Lovely pool n clean. Good security n ATM just next door to lobby. Closeby to some cool shopping areas . How many Stars your hotel may be....once on the street, its awhole different thing. Stay street wise n careful. Just like anywhere else in the world. The locals are very friendly n willing to assist.

Not so bad. Central. Easy to get to. Nice personnel helpful staff. Not all of them speak English. But very friendly and helpful. The place shape is also good. Could always be better. But for this price range it's completely fine all in all i enjoyed my stay

The hotel may have been nice once and the lobby makes you think it will be but the room is gross. The area around the hotel is disgusting broken pavement and no safe places to walk with the traffic. Food in restaurant is also very overpriced and not worth it. Also theirs suppose to be fridge in room and their isnt. I cut my stay here short by a day with no refund and moved to a nicer hotel.

Good to stay almost like 5star hotel
Bed was so confort. Air condition is nice not to cold n not to hot. Wifi coverage is good all over the hotel. Breakfast is so many choices to have..swimming pool awesome..

Comfortable room, but slow housekeeping service
My wife and I stayed at the hotel to attend a wedding party held nearby. The room was comfortable and clean, no issue with that. However, the housekeepin service was slow. I asked for hair dryer but it took them almost an hour, only to inform me that all the hair dryer stocks were being borrowed by other guests. Would appreciate next time if the hotel keeps a data of available housekeeping items real time so that guests can be informed immediately.

Cosy hotel
Had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Bluebird taxi stand is right in front of the hotel. Was easy to visit tourist attractions as the hotel is situated close to quite a few of them.

Affordable and near the expo
Overall the stay was good, the hotel is slightly old, but maintained. Pros: - Price is affordable! - only 5km from the expo, takes about 10-15 min taxi ride - Bed was comfy - Wifi was strong - Even though we got a smoking room, it didn't smell of smoke Cons: - TV channels pixelated - Air condition on the 1st day wasn't cold, the 2nd day onwards was fine - Toilet had a crack on the "flush knob" area - Slightly far from the city area (20-30min taxi ride depending on traffic) - You'll hear the train horn every few hours as it is near the railway tracks (not too loud though)

A good no frills value stay
Reasonable price, clean room, courteous staff, basic in-room amenities. Breakfast selection is good for the price. We chose it because of location proximity to the Jakarta Expo centre. On first entry into room, there was tobacco smell, although once the a/c came on the smell went away. Body wash/shampoo dispenser didn't work although could see there was plenty of lotion in the dispenser. Room was at end of corridor near an air vent, but the noise wasn't too disruptive. All in all, a comfortable stay.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. They are trying to speak their best English. Central place for travelling around in Jakarta. Breakfast was oké. Pool not to big, but nice for a cool down. Good working free WiFi. Clean room!

Nothing nearby to do and no restaurants. Hotel restaurant over priced and not that great. Skip the massage not very friendly. House keeping, front desk, valets were wonderful. When we arrived the room had not been prepared for us. The floor was dirty and shower had standing water there was a moldy smell. When housekeeping came in later it was taken care of for the most part. My daughters room was a lot better much cleaner. Although the pool area was under construction it was beautiful. I would stay there again, but would have preferred being closer to a mall for the convenience of restaurant's.

Average hotel. The rooms(2 rooms) I have are quite run down. Rooms are not well-lighted. TV reception in the room is poor. Not recommended. Hotel nearer to Ancol or within the Ancol area will be better as most of the attractions are nearby.

rooms look old and dingy but seem relatively clean. Breakfast was 2nd worst I have tried. There is absolutely nothing in the neighborhood. Luckily there are plenty of taxi's, but all hotels can get u a taxi. Harris and favehotel beat it for sure.

Nice Hotel with great service
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The pool is nice and the service was great and the room had everything you would want. Note that it is WIRED internet service, not wifi, so no wifi for the phone. There is Wifi on the ground floor. Breakfast was Ok, nothing really special but the presentation is very nice. I recommend purchasing the breakfast directly from the hotel, it is cheaper.
