Beautiful view of Thessonoliki and port from a distance;however not walkable for anyone with knee or back issues. Bus is 300 m from the hotel, uphill and 40 min from downtown. Taxi was 27 Euro from airport. Bus to Thessoloniki is 1 Euro each way.
It was a very new, recently renovated and very modern up to date suite. It was perfect for me and my 5 days in Athens. Great area, walking distance to everywhere I was needing to go. And so many wonderful amenities.
I liked nothing!
The stuffs was really old and may trouble with the noise in the room!
From the toilet you can see a part all dirty waters that go together and the toilet smelled so bad!
The bed didn't had lines, just the bedsheets and that’s unacceptable for a 4 star hotel!
The staff on check in wasn't kind and very unpolite and he didnt look at you!
I also had troubles with the phone room! It rang many times, and no one speak till I called the reception and they deactivated it!
I was very happy that I made the reservation there just for 2 nights!
I will never gat back there and suggest expedia to verify the fact if this hotel deserves 4 stars or no!
For me it deserves just one star.
Unfortunately the room was in a very bad condition compared to the pictures on their website. Multiple cracks on the walls and the ceiling:(( Absolutely old and dusty AC thankfully to which me and my fiancée both got sick with soar throat. Fake king size bed which is actually a two single beds :((
Panoramic view was the only beautiful thing.
Would not recommend it for this value nevertheless it is stated 4 stars hotel :((
Truly disappointed ️

It’s very very tired, but everything works and the breakfast is good!
The room does not look like the one in the picture...although if you keep looking you will find the actually picture of the room. We paid 10 Euros more so that we had a view...well worth the lovely balcony...the carpet needs replacing but it is clean...nice breakfast and wonderful staff...we enjoyed our hotel on the hill with the nice view from our room. We would book again.
District was a bit far from city center but if you have a car it is not a big deal. Very nice, splendid area.
View is nice especially from upper floors (unfortunately our room was heading back of the building :( )
Beds were a bit small, could have been larger. Rest was perfectly OK. Staff was very helpful and kind.

Great views from the balcony and spacious rooms. Staff were great upon arrival. Unfortunately we were sent to our rooms and the rooms were not ready. Had to be relocated to another room and then were told we couldn’t go in that room as someone has reserved the view. Then finally we were redirected to another room. Restaurant for dinner was disappointing. Waited over an hour for our food to be served and the waiters were no where to be seems after the first order. Waiters need and should be more proactive.
Expedia informed me that my non refundable reservation was not honored by Panorama seven days before my trip. I was told to write or call to discuss options so I wrote and there was no reply after two days. For the next five days I had to call Expedia four times for more than an hour each. It was the last few hours before my international flight before Expedia finally sent me a email confirmation with the optional hotel name and information. I was told during every call that Panorama would send me the new option and confirmation but they never did. It was a huge time waster because Panorama had no regard to make up for their mistake in over booking their facility. It is certainly not a customer focus hotel.
This was my first stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the amazing views of the city from the 3rd-floor room. I stayed over the Xmas period which allowed me to enjoy a very warm atmosphere at the hotel (travelling alone) with Xmas music, festive food, and full buffet in the morning. the bed was very comfortable and enjoyed having a variety of pillows in the room to choose from Parking outside the hotel was not a problem. The staff was very helpful and responded to requests very quickly. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again when visiting Thessaloniki.

Nice hotel view
Nice hotel view to the sea and the city
But u need to have car to go this hotel
Nice and quite place great view but far from cente
Hotel has nice terrace with great view nice lobby friendly staff the rooms need renovation but according to the price you get your money's worth, nice breakfast one of the few hotels that we find specific products like almond and soya milk for people that are lactose intolerance, the down side is far from the center and action and hard to get there if you don't drive your own car, overall we were satisfy
This is a beautiful hotel on a hill up above Thessaloniki. It's a short journey down to the city on one direction or the beaches in the other direction.
What makes the hotel so special is the staff. They are quietly attentive and extremely helpful. The food cannot be faulted.

Good hotel, close to amenities
Clean, pleasant/helpful staff, very reasonably priced, close to shops, €15 taxi to thessaloniki or airport. Dated room decor, cluttered rooms but overall recommended.

Older hotel with beautiful ocean view.
The view from the dining area was beautiful. The rooms were small and the AC worked poorly. I thought the hotel was going to be closer to the airport but it was quite far and no where near town.
Great overnight stay at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the breakfast was outstanding. The view from the balcony at sunset its probably the best in whole of Thessaloniki.
The front desk person was welcoming and spoke English The lobby was very nice but the room was a little dated, Bathroom had tub with fabric shower curtain that stuck to me the twin beds put together were comfortable. The room that we were in had a balcony that faced the city and the view was spectacular well worth the drive up the mountain. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood however we did notice a Chinese restaurant nearby but the hotel did have a restaurant. Breakfast was very nice. All in all I don't think the hotel rates 4 stars- a 3 yes. We were picking someone up from the airport which is about 20 minutes away.
The hotel is very dated, but functional if you need a place to stay. The terrace for breakfast is a great, scenic venue for events. The bad: food and decor was lacking, there is no secure parking, and getting to the location even with GPS is difficult due to the proximity to other streets.
