Was given a handicapped room next to elevator, but noise wasn’t bad. Checking in was bad as the lobby was very loud since bar area is diagonal to checkinbdesk. Bed super comfy and room clean.

This was a disaster. Our room was not ready at 4pm. Front desk checked my phone number and promised to call as soon as ready. We ended up leaving for our event without even being able to change our clothes. Later that night we returned to check in and they had given away our room, offered “walking papers for the Holiday Inn” After I got really upset and demanding, they “found” a room and gave me a free breakfast coupon (for one of us). Ruined our whole weekend

We truly take pride in our guest service training and the feedback we receive, good or bad, helps us to improve our services. There is so much to see and do, it is hard to fit it all in on one visit. From Hampton Roads historical sites, museum district and art galleries to trying some of the trendy restaurants and night spots, our Downtown is impressive. I loved the location of the property it was in the heart of various shopping,dining and a beautiful scenery

I didn’t like that the property and my room smelled moldy. I complained about this at the front desk. I was also charged for WiFi, which I didn’t ask to connect to. Very disappointed expected a better experience.

I like the staff, the room except the tub in the bathroom wasnot cleaned and I cleaned it before using it
