Decent location for a reasonable price

Everything was great, my only minor complaints are that when we first arrived we overheard the front desk clerk relaying some story about people rolling on "E" and we had to wait for him to finish, no biggie though. The hotel also had a somewhat funky smell. On the plus side the hotel is steps from the beach although there's no view, and the continental breakfast was the best one I've had. Lots of variety!

Nice stay all great but the shower nozzle.

Very nice facility near beach. Great attendant at front desk! Nice free breakfast. Only complaint was the shower nozzle was very difficult to operate and there was no shampoo or conditioner to use.

Nice place

Pros: The hotel is close to the beach and centrally located to everything in Newport.
The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning and cookies in the evening.

Nice ... comfortable room . We got stuck in a storm and hag our Thanksgiving in the hotel willing to let us use breakfast room for our dinner

Good basic hotel

Breakfast was a nice addition but quality just wasn't there. Front desk helpful with dinner suggestions.

This hotel was excellent in all aspects except one--the mattress was way too soft for someone with back issues.
