Pros: Comfort. Location. Staff.
Cons: Nothing they have control over.
Location: Right across from DRiover Beach. On the creek. Close to everything Lincoln City has to offer.
Centrally located. Well maintained. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We try and stay at this hotel when we are in Lincoln City. We love the ability to BarBQue onsite. We enjoy the entire area and this hotel is near everything. Dog friendly. Only downside was rudeness of other guests. Not the hotels fault.

Outdated hotelPosted Sep 28, 2015
Their rooms seemed alot nicer online. Everything from the facility to the furniture was old. The fridge was super loud and kept us up all night. Also, the area isn't the best, so be aware of your surroundings.

close to the beachPosted Aug 16, 2015
Pros: The hotel was within 500 feet of the beach although it was a rocky walk under the highway. Better to go under the bridge than attempt above.
Cons: Decent place, staff was friendly, no complaints
Location: all kinds of beach activities nearby/ stores, etc....
All went well here, just as expected. Most things a within a comfortable driving distance.

Just across the block from the beach and there is a heated pool and hot tub. Great for families with kids.

Never AgainPosted Jul 21, 2015
The staff was less than accommodating since we "booked through Expedia." I was very naive to the hotel booking competition. At any rate the room appeared clean and quiet but we soon discovered toys under the sitting chair that had been left by the previous guest. I wouldn't have thought much of it but the next day when we returned to the room we realized that it had not been attended to, at all. My husband and I had made our own bed that morning (we didn't feel it needed laundered) and bagged our own garbage, setting it by the door for pick up. Besides removing the garbage we merely needed fresh coffee and perhaps one towel as we had left one out for room service to replace. For a $199 dollars a night the hotel offered the minimum, one bottle cream rinse/conditioner mix & one soap. They had even run out of make up removing towelettes. My husband had called the front office and the gentleman that answered said the cleaning staff had marked off that the room had received fresh bedding etc. None of that had happened and we politely told him so. We had to go to the front office to get a coffee pack for the next day. The rooms are not ocean view and sit directly over the hotel parking lot making for noisy night stays. Never booking through Expedia again (felt like we were gouged on price through Expedia), will not stay there again. Costy with no service.

Nice hotel, WONDERFUL service.Posted Jul 20, 2015
Pros: 24-hour pool (for adults). 3 minute walk to the beach. Walkable to food and nightlife as well.
Cons: Expedia could do a better job of noting which hotel rooms are pet friendly or not. The hotel staff helped clear this up, with an upgrade.
Location: Um - the beach. Gave Over is a cool arcade. The Corner Cafe is a great place for breakfast.
The hotel's current manager went above and beyond to help us out. He immediately helped sort out a problem with our room (the source of the problem was Expedia), and when I locked my keys in the car, he was out there trying to help out, and handed me a list of local places who could help get the car unlocked. Also, just an all-around friendly person. The hotel pool room is 24-hours, and no kids allowed after 10. That is great for me, I've got no kids. The management was also very friendly and diplomatic when it was time to get the kids out - he gave them a little extra time and wasn't pushy about it. Great place, great experience. I owe the manager a drink.

Everything was great except the beds were a little on the stiff side, but overall a nice place to stay.

2 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dogPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Staff responsiveness
Cons: Parking was slightly challenging but that was due more to the number of cars (no vacancies) as opposed to anything else.
Stayed 2 nights during the busy summer month of July. Close access to beach, dining, and a nice walk through the neighboring campground and down to the lake. The hotel staff was more than accommodating for my family...... including our dog!

Nice Hotel Great Friendly StaffPosted Jul 13, 2015
Pros: Everything was positive.
Location: Shopping, restaurants, kayaking, wine tasting, kite flying, bicycling, beach time!
This hotel was a gem. It is right across the street from the beach. But there is an underground passage to the beach that goes under the hiway. Very safe and goes not only to the beach but a very good restaurant in the area, Kyllo's Restaurant. All of the staff there were friendly, helpful and really energetic and positive. This place has the beach across the street and a wild life preserve out the back of the property and on the side. A walk way that goes to beautiful Devil's Lake. Devil's lake has boating, water skiing, a campground, kayaking and all water fun. This place was great!
