Location was right on the beach. Great view. Not easy to get to the beach though. Hotel sits on a sandy/rocky bluff.

Our first host was friendly, helpful, and proud of where he worked. At check out the guy was looking at his phone for a short moment before helping us and was not very friendly. We loved the hotel and we will be back

Awesome experience. The only item I would highlight is the lack of better breakfast options but the view of the ocean makes up for all. And there are great brunch places within a few minutes of the place.

The room was excellent with two king size beds and a fireplace. Doors opened to balcony overlooking the ocean. One of the nicest rooms we have been in for a reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again.

For the most part, the room was nice and clean. However, the exterior sliding glass door could not lock. Down in the parking garage, signage needs to be posted as to which entrance is where you check in. When trying to find where to check in, a card reader door opened without a room card giving access to anybody.

Pretty quiet, close to the beach, excellent view, loved the balcony and fireplace in room. Nice pool area. Breakfast could have had more variety and been better stocked (they ran out of the only hot item several times during our stay). We had trouble getting towels and washcloths each day (we called the front desk and asked for them in the morning and then had to call again in the late afternoon, as they hadn't been delivered- this happened every day of our stay).

My daughter and I enjoyed the Elizabeth Inn very much. All the staff we're friendly and approachable. We enjoyed the nightly free cookies and the easy to grab breakfast! The view was great and our beds were huge and comfortable.

Very nice room, lovely ocean view, comfortable bed, nice amenities, covered parking, great location with convenient beach access, good value for price (at least in January). Very friendly and helpful staff. We plan to make this our go-to hotel in Newport the next time we drive the 101.
