The three things I liked the best -
Positives:
1. check in w/ Leander - he was great, told me what I needed to know, super friendly and helpful! And as I had asked for a handicap room, I was grateful he made sure I was close to the elevator and had both a queen bed and toilet with grab bars 2. Access to public and taxi/uber transportation. As I have a disability, this is critical. So that was a lot of the reason I picked it, and it didn't disappoint. 3. Breakfast - that you had an array of vegan and gluten free options, especially the Alpro yogurt - maybe more flavors next time would be great. Myself, my niece and her fiance are all vegan and gluten free, so that was a bonus.
Areas to improve:
1. My room had the littlest of windows, and very little lighting, so while I do appreciate the ability to have low light, only low light (outside of the bathroom) was bad given I had to work a little while I was there. 2. Speaking of lighting - the fact that I wake up 3-5 times a night to use the toilet, having the insanely bright light go on each and every time, and not having a way of controlling that was pretty bad. Give the guest the option please. 3. The desk chair for a room for people with disabilities isn't good. I didn't trust sitting in it. Something like a proper task chair on wheels would be really much more helpful. 4. The bed itself was really too cushy, hard for someone with limited mobility to get in/out, as the topper moved around and I'd have preferred firm
