Great stay, small rooms but commutable. Lovely breakfast, would recommend staying at Scandic hotels in Scandinavia.

Good location, dingy room

Pros: The breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of options.
Cons: Clean carpet, scrub the tiles under the bathroom sink and clean the walls. Add a luggage rack.
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby.
The location was really good and the desk staff were very friendly. The room and hallway was dingy - really needs new carpet. All in all, a budget friendly option within walking distance to lots of restaurants, but they need to put some money into new carpet and fresh paint to spruce it up.

Had a good breakfast and location. Staff was not informative. I asked several things, they had no clue about what is going on in oslo.

Yeah great location close to the subway and walking to downtown and water front staff was very helpful

Nice hotel great location

This is a great little hotel, centrally located near public transportation and near many attractions. The rooms are on the small side, but breakfast is light years above any American standard for a hotel of the same category. It's a feast! Free bikes are great as well

Close to the city center

We loved staying in the hotel. It was close to everything. Walkable to all restos, attractions and airport.

In the middle of all the places you want to visit and shopping area. Great staff and the breakfast was good.

Basic hotel, clean, safe, and well located

This is an acceptable hotel with a good location. It was clean and had a good breakfast. They have some administrative and staff issues, though. We had booked two nights and indicated our arrival would be very late, as in early am of the next day. We noted our estimated arrival time and arrived almost exactly at the estimated time. We arrived to find our three rooms cancelled as no shows but charged to us. Rooms were available so we were rebooked for the second night but at a slightly higher rate and allowed access to rooms. Unfortunately, the staff attitude was as if she was doing us a favor. When I tried to show the staff that our late arrival was clearly noted on the reservation she waved it away saying, "I don't need to see that."
