I was in town for a conference. This was a nice place to stay with very nice staff.

Dirty room no real breakfasy

Room was not clean but beds were made, i found a can of chewing tobacco in the closet bear bottle tops under the bed and someone left there deodorant in the bathroom also there was matts of hair in the bathroom draw.. the toilet lid is not secured and there was a fist sized hole in the wall that management and the front desk were unaware of. And my window view was of a wall. I was suprised that no one explained that there is no housekeeping... when i complained about housekeeping i was told that for a 10 dollar fee they can clean the room...also the website said they have breakfast wich is not true.. they have granola bars and muffins. .. thats the breakfast. Nice room but wheb i got there i asked for the cooking utensils (pots pans) and linens for the pull out bed (sofa) and never got them. I had to go up front before bed to ask again.

Horrible bed

Nice employees but weird location

I stayed for a week in a half and I have to say that this place is definitely one of a kind or maybe it's just Phoenix.

Not fancy, but clean and quiet.

Good for a long stay in Phoenix at a nice price. In a great area close to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet and clean.

Affordable and convenient comfort.

Pros: Friendly staff, clean room, fresh looking paint, did I say friendly staff!
Cons: Nothing comes to mind.
Location: Phoenix has so many things to offer within an easy drive.
We only stayed 1 night as we stayed with family the remainder of our visit to Phoenix, but we were very pleased. Upon check in, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The included breakfast is decent, with coffee, tea, oatmeal, and packaged muffins or granola bars. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future!

Nice room, great staff

Cons: Bathroom floor could have been cleaner!
Location: Great location, you've got to eat across the street @ 5 and Diner...Great food!!!
Amenities are good, rooms are clean, staff is great.

Convenience

I had training in the area and stayed here. I loved it!!! It was close to where I had to commute to and very convenient for night life. Would definitely stay again ❤️❤️❤️❤️
