Had to stay downtown for work. Hotel was full and understaffed.

Not bad in a pinch

Place is clean. Room was ok. Bed was hard. But the walls were thin. I could hear thong going on all night. Random people up and down the hall. The ruckus didnt start until after 10pm too.

Terrible hotel!! The smell was awful.

The first room smelled so bad we refused to take it. In fact the whole floor smelled bad. The police where called for a domestic disturbance. I witnessed a transients stealing the breakfast items. The staff seemed to be oblivious to there surroundings.

What a great place to stay. Local to everything downtown Phoenix. Was upgraded to a huge room and it's just fabulous. Very clean, very friendly staff, easy parking.

Really poor part of town

Pros: Air conditions worked well and were quiet. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Nothing, poor area of town
Location: Nothing, everything was 20-30 min away
Didn't feel comfortable with all the homeless wondering around, it stated free breakfast which was a muffin and coffee. Only had 10 channels on the tv. Looked like the water from above the tub was billowing through the ceiling. The toilet was really low to the ground.

Close to downtown

Pros: Close to downtown. Ample parking.
Location: There is a Safeway grocery store about 2 blocks away. The lightrail is one block away.
I came to Phoenix for a job interview and wanted to stay at a hotel near the company's building. My hotel room was clean and included a kitchenette, table, and couch along with a bed. There was ample parking. I didn't realize that this hotel is not really for business travelers but for people who are in between housing. On two occasions, I came across people at the front desk asking to extend their stay for another week and hoping to receive a discount from the manager and paying in cash. Also, the hallways smell of cigarettes. There is a daily breakfast, but it is only coffee, granola bars, and packaged muffins/danishes.

Pros: it was a place to stay
Cons: better management at this location
This location has bad management and seems to be blaming everything else on one thing or the other. this type of problem should not be discussed with the customers.

Convienient location to vA

Location was near to shopping dining and VA facility I needed to Visit Ryan was very helpful with directions and advice for. Shopping and restaurants.

hotel is modern and clean, quiet, good neighborhood. but..........problems with reservation, credit card.....nobody ever on the desk, even if you called......coffee bar out of coffee.....no amenities in room: no hairdryer, Bible, pen, paper, coffee maker, glasses, cups, maid service
