Wow’ed

I’ve never stayed at a Hampton Inn before. Usually, I prefer to stay at more luxury hotels, however, we were in town visiting a sick relative and had to get a room rather last minute. Since we weren’t planning to be at the hotel much, I decided to search for a no frills hotel. The price was really good, free parking and WiFi. I was extremely impressed with the hotel and staff. Everyone was exceptionally nice and the rooms were big. The only thing I would change is the bathroom configuration as the sink was outside in the room which made it difficult for us since we had a toddler (we didn’t want to wake her while brushing our teeth or washing bottles).

Lovely hotel in Phoenix

Our son had emergency surgery and after a long day of traveling, we needed a comfortable place to stay, close to the hospital.....we were greeted by a very friendly staff and pleasantly surprised with such lovely accommodations. Close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping. Would stay here again!

Pros: No complaints
Location: Walking distancee to a shopping center with clothing stores, Trader Joe, Whole foods, etc.
Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous. I did originally select your hotel because it was a five minute walk from where my Phoenix cousins live. But I would definitely stay there again. It was a convienient overall location with walking areas and shopping center all within walking distance so I could be on my own and not constantly dependent on my cousins. There isnt a single complaint that I could give it !

Sofa bed sucked

Can't expect much out of a sofa bed, but I didn't expect springs jutting into my back, made it really hard to sleep first night. After that I apropriated the couch cushions to make a single bad that was sleepable. Don't treat their sofa beds as acceptable for an adult to sleep in.
