Awesome experience

Pros: Everything
Cons: Wifi access was a bit complicated
Very nice staff, very friendly and hospitable. Clean rooms, great area.

No frills hotel

Check in chaotic 1 person overwhelmed Hotel carpets not clean Hotel room bathroom floor dirty back of bathroom door dirty splattered with toothpaste or something like that. Carpets very dirty This is the first Hampton Inn that I have been disappointed in staying in there.

The room was very clean. And breakfast was great a Variety of things. And the fresh cookies were delicious.

Check out your reservation before you travel

My only complaint is with hotel.com for not making the reservation a handicapped access. The hotel could not find or accommodate the request.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I STAYED THERE AFTER MY SURGERY THAT WAS RIGHT NEXT DOOR..IT WAS SO CONFIDENT THAT IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL & 4 MILES AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT..THEY EVEN LET ME CHECK IN EARLY WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE..THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WAS AMAZING..
