Went with a group for a conference. Internet didn't work for the first day, room service sent the daily special instead of what I ordered, the laundry machines were broken (repeatedly). Location and cleanliness were good except we all had a moth infestation.

The courtesy breakfast was very nice. The room was very noisy. The neighborhood is not very nice around the property so I would not want my wife or daughter roaming around at night without an escort.

Honestly I am very picky where I stay this the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. This will be to go to every time I come to Phoenix, I recommend it.

We checked and were not given hours for breakfast, nor hours for check out. Everyone was getting gift bags and we didn’t get one. We were given a certificate and weren’t given additional details about the hours for that. Staff didn’t feel welcoming

What i did not like as a disable person that i would get a walk in shower and did not. I had to wash from the face bowl for 3days which was very inconvenient for me. Please have

This location was very convenient to downtown Phoenix. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I like Embassy Suites because their rooms are always spacious and they offer a nice breakfast in the morning. Staff is exceptionally friendly and always willing to make your stay the best it can be.

Large hotel family loved the pool and food. Room had great view of central ave. Was some barricaded areas due to repair or remodeling- one of the elevators and rooms next to our room.
Treat to stay here might be awhile before stay again.

Everything went beyond our expectations when we made this last minute trip. The room was spacious and perfect for having our two year old in.
Luis down at the bar was amazing as well. He not only gave great recommendations on places to go, but was honest and extremely knowledgeable about the menu at the hotel. We took his advice and could not have been happier with the choices we made.
We will certainly be returning here in the future.

The restaurant and breakfast buffet were very good - good service and options at the restaurant, and the food was good. There were many options at breakfast. However, here are the negatives - the most important being it was incredibly noisy in the room due to a loud fan noise that went beyond the expected white noise - it was a really annoying whine. That was the worst problem but there were so many smaller problems too altogether that I checked out the next day! Some examples: coffee maker didn't work; door appeared to be closed but actually wasn't (I discovered later it needed a hard push/pull); no pad or pen in room. Elevator didn't require a key card to use so wondered about security. Overall it wasn't a horrible experience but not one I'd want to repeat given that there are other options.

Always our go-to home away from home in Phoenix. The front desk staff are very kind, and the bar staff (Audrie, Luis, Gabe, Rob) are all absolutely the best. The rooms are large, clean hotel, and the complimentary breakfast is perfect.

Water was being turned off at 10pm and only restored at 5am. Even though I was told that because of that parking would be at half pricing, I was still changed in full on my way out. Had to reach the front desk and review it. Breakfast was good, but the tables were dirty. Not crazy bad, but had much higher expectations when I booked. Definately will look for other option on my next trip to Phoenix.

Love this hotel and stay here annually. This visit wasn’t as good as others. Parking is quite expensive, free drinks included with stay are terrible options, staff not as friendly, restaurant food wasn’t great.
Convenient location for us. Expensive stay.
