Housekeeping did a terrible job keeping the room clean. They left the same towels in the bathroom for 3 days. Didn't empty the trash cans. Found someone else's trash under one of the beds. TV Remote was broken.

The hotel is beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. I love that the stadium and restaurants were all in walking distance.

Pros: Location
Cons: Cleanliness
This hotel is over priced for the quality and service they provide. I contacted the front desk and told them my concerns, they promised to come and clean the room the next day but never did. I paid $240 ave per night for an unclean room with no breakfast. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel downtown but most likely overbooked

The hotel was nice. The staff were nice. However, we arrived at 3:00 pm and the room was not ready until 4:00 pm and check out was still noon the next day unless you were willing to pay the extra fee to stay past noon. For this reason I will most likely not stay there again and will not recommend this hotel to anyone. For the price, the room should have been ready when we arrived. I've stayed at cheaper hotels that were ready upon arrival. Very disappointing.

Beautiful Hotel..too bad some staff were rude

Pros: The hotel was beautifully decorated.
Cons: Customer service needs to be improved. Ignored.special request re: feather pillow removal. Old pillows had spider. Fire rude waiter in bar.
Location: This hotel is located right in the middle of downtown Phoenix.
Called ahead twice to make sure there were no feather pillows as my sister has a pulmonary disorder and can't be around feathers. Still in room when we arrived. After searching for awhile housekeeping brought us some old shredded foam pillows. During the night my sister received many spider bites on her neck, which are still causing pain 2 weeks after our stay. Claims adjusters say because I didn't actually SEE the spider bite her, I have no proof and cannot submit a claim. This is unacceptable!!! On another note we ate dinner in the bar area. Our server was rude, ignored our table while serving others who arrived after us, hadn't even brought water after 20 minutes of taking our order, and so my 94-year-old friend gave him a small tip. Later that evening as we were returning to the hotel, this server had the nerve to sarcastically say to her "Did you enjoy your dinner tonight?" The building is beautiful. Too bad the service was rated F.

Great hotel, location, etc. Need better pillows and more comfortable bed along with a quieter AC.

I slept very well!!

The beds are very comfortable and my room was quiet. I did not hear any of my neighbors! The hotel is decorated in a contemporary style that was clean and bright. I really enjoyed my stay in Phoenix at the Renaissance!
