Very homey, loved the stay even though it was for just one night. Easy parking, and very convenient. Only downside was the lady at the front desk wasn't very friendly but everyone else was. I would stay here again

Access to the hotel was affected by the truck parking across the street, the street is a total traffic jam of semi’s trying to get into the Pilot parking area. Thirty minutes in a line and didn’t even get to the corner of the street when we hit town at 6pm. We aborted the attempt. Left to get gas and out to dinner, came back a couple hours later and got back into line. Took a while

Easy on-off access to I-5 and convenient to gas and food options. The room, lobby, and breakfast were very good. I'll definitely remember this hotel on other trips.

The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. I’m curious if the room was throughly clean because of some crumbs I found around the floor. Some of the pillows didn’t smell fresh, maybe a few got missed during cleaning? Our shower tub looked dirty and stained, but when I told front desk about it, they explained to me that it was some kind of glue when they did construction and not actually dirty.

Only stayed one night before a flight but we were very happy. Everything was super clean, fitness center was a great perk with excellent equipment in good working order and clean, good breakfast, staff accommodated us with a 2 hour later check out time to assist us with the timing of our flight. Overall very happy and we will definitely stay here again when needed.

Our view was terrible it was facing the roof gutter and wall. No towels by pool, and the pool was ice cold. Room was very nice, very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice jacuzzi tub.

Horrible trying to get in or out of it. I wish i would have known e had to wait 30 min for trucks pulling in and out to be able to get to the hotel. The hotel itself was clean, but right next to freeway so it was very noisy.

Everything was excelent, the only dawn i find was i got the room next to one of the back exits and people coming in and out so often the door makes a hard loud noice but other than that was very good will keep coming back hopefuly next time getting a room away from back doors

I loved the bed! The room was large and laid out in a super functional way for me. Including a long bench for suitcases. The bathroom was also huge! Very clean. I only deducted one star because it’s next to a truck stop and I could hear the trucks outside my window if I didn’t have the TV on.

So the property is very close to I-5 we had a room facing the freeway, you could hear the traffic over the fan. But check in was easy and staff very friendly.and polite. Our room and bathroom very clean, refrigerator and microwave worked. We did go to the pool very busy and hot tub was small it was clean, unfortunately people in the pool with beer containers and being obnoxious. Unfortunately we had people fighting and slamming doors on our floor police were called and arrests made. Lovely way to be woken up at 12:30 am! But for the price and the cleanliness of our room it was good.

Micka was welcoming and very mindful to all questions we had. We came back a forth to front desk micka accommodated us and gave us suggestions for dinner and things to do. Room was clean all the staff was very nice morning breakfast crew were very nice and food was good greeted guest and cleaned up dining area quick. Pool was clean and so was the fitness center. Definitely a place we will be back to especially with children.

Had a shuttle from the airport scheduled for a short ride to the hotel. Waited in the cold and rain and no shuttle so I had to pay for my own ride. The next day, the same shuttle (taxi) showed up to take me to the airport and informed me that she was sorry she picked up a better ride that made more money and left me stranded 😡. She said that she informed the hotel and the front desk said “no problem, she can take an Uber!”. 😡😡😡😡

There were no shower caps or facial bar soaps. There were a few areas in the bathroom that could use some deep cleaning, I.e mold and maintenance issues. Because there is a truck stop across the street, it is extremely difficult to see the hotel with all the big rigs parked around it.
