I found 3 bedbugs in the bed full of blood in the bed. I had to sleep in a chair in the room for only 2 1/2 hours. I then brought down a live bedbug to show then. I later found one more in my suitcase so I had to wash and dry clean all of my clothes. I threw away my suitcase. They send my a three sentence email saying sorry we cone you Co e back and that's it..,

Horrible Hotel Need New Beds

Pros: Great Customer Service
Cons: Beds and having house cleaning everyday.
Location: I love the location of the hotel
My overall experience at your hotel was awful. This hotel was like a motel 6 maybe even worst. The beds was very uncomfortable. You can feel the springs in the bed on your back when you sleep. One of my beds made a lot of noise when I moved. If my hotel wasn't already paid for and if I could get a refund I would of. Another thing was there was not housing keeping ? I have never heard that about a Hotel.

Horrible experience !!!

i booked this hotel well in advance. When i reached there at reception, they handover room key, Room was not cleaned. We ask for another room and they are not having another room for us and they ask to book another hotel near by. this is complete disaster for me and my family.

Room had no windows that can be opened; wasn't cleaned thoroughly from the last occupant. Noisy occupants that we complained about didn't get taken care of...went all through the early morning.

Doomed From The Start

We were doomed from the start *Reservation was for 3pm, we got here at 6pm & our room wasn't ready, *we were given a smoking room when we requested a non smoking room *we got in our room & the rug was still wet from the deep cleaning *I picked up the phone to call the front desk & the phone didn't even work, I had to call from my cell phone *then the trash can was still full from the previous guest, so there was fruit flies flying around *when we showered the tub leaked and the floor got completely wet, had to use up all the towels to soak most of it up. *Light fixtures were broken *The blower dryer was also broken All this happened just in the 1st 12 hrs of being in the room. We booked a 2 night stay expecting to be in a family type of environment but that wasn't the case. Other patrons staying here were in the stairwells smoking & drinking alcoholic beverages. We finally had enough and I went to tell the front desk. The lady there was real nice and apologetic. That still doesn't change our experience at this extended stay. She put in the notes for us to get comped for the 2nd night of our 2 night stay but she explained Hotels.com would have to do the refund. Frankly, that does helps but doesn't completely satisfy. There has to be something else that can be done. Someone please get back to me.

Disgusting Place All Around

Cons: All the complaints above should cover the improvement list.
Location: Was located in the center of a large office complex. Grocery store was within walking distance. Small strip mall with a few restaurants.
This place was one problem after another. At check in we were told since we had booked an entire week we would receive ONE complimentary housekeeping?!As soon as we entered the room our shoes were sticking to the carpet and linoleum. The fridge had big dents and rust all over the door. Bathroom sink was clogged with mold, black mold found on ceiling, wall and in toilet. Other guests warned us NOT to drink the water. Fruit flies often with no fruit in the room, including plastered to the range light.Wall behind the range was dripping with filth. The continental breakfast was a joke. Granola bars and tiny muffins which was always very low or empty with no staff to be found to refill. When we asked for a set of 4 the complimentary dishware we got a different number of each item and not a single set of 4. The pan we were provided with was covered in rust.

Worse than most other Extended Stay

Room was way smaller than other Extended Stay hotels i have stayed in. Huge resource crunch in housekeeping. Everyday they would postpone scheduled housekeeping as there were not enough resources. I booked stay for 8 days through expedia but on the 7th day we were asked to check-out. On providing the expedia confirmation only, they agreed. Nothing on the hotel staff, but they gotta hire more people to run a hospitality business.
