Nice location with food near by

OMG! Andre was amazing he was so nice and helped with our stay. I don't understand why you have to pay to park but okay - it would be different if we were downtown San Diego or somewhere that parking is an issue but Mission Valley???

Nightmare

The staff lies and the rooms are unacceptable. I got the wrong room and when I request what I paid for, they stated that they did not have that room available. He did not even check.

Not the best, but an OK stay

Hotel staff were nice and friendly. Room was clean. Arrea was nice & quiet. Walls are very thin though, we could hear everything so we were kind of worried when our baby would cry that it would bother the other people in the rooms next to us. It was an OK stay for us regardless.

Room Smelled like marijuana the telephone didn’t hear it in the pillows were flat and there were dead roaches in the bathroom

Not a clean place

Room smelled like cigarettes. Faucet and shower were leaking. The beds were dirty and the rest of the room was dusty. Old and ran down.

Get rid of the Mold in the bathroom

The room smelled like smoke and I am not a smoker, and the bathroom smells and has mold. The room gave me a headache and kept me up most of the night
