It's an okay hotel if you're not picky

Pros: The staff were at least friendly.
Location: Location is right next to the freeway, and right around some little shops, which is convenient. There is a Dennys right in the parking lot, jackpot.
When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly gentleman. We booked a room with a king size bed, but instead given a room with two queens, we were tired so at this point we just settled. The room itself is just run down, holes in the walls, peeling wallpaper.. etc. we were even greeted by a little bug, although I couldn't tell you what kind it was. There was also hair all over the pillows in one of the queen beds, so we didn't sleep in that one.. I'm assuming the covers were never actually changed. We didn't sleep at all the first night, due to a car alarm going off in the parking lot intermittently for 5 hours. I S**t you not.. 5 hours.. not the hotels fault I know, but they could towed it or something lol. Next day, it got a little warm in our room, so we decided to turn on the A/C unit.. that thing is LOUD, but at least it worked so I'm thankful for that. This was not the best hotel, just really run down and kind of dirty. But I have a feeling all hotels are lowering their standards, so it is what it is.. if you need a place to crash, this place has beds.

our third time to stay this hotel

it was third time for us to stay this hotel. We always don’t expect anything special because this is not five-star hotel but the guy at the counter didn’t even say hi and thank you to us when we were checking in. We were not welcomed to them.

Great Clean Hotel. Staff is very nice. Close to a lot of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.

the Heater or AC Issue

The heater was broken in the room. I've stayed at the hotel many times this year and have known the device is old. It should be upgraded.

I will never checks in to this place.

On my second day, the elevator is not working. We were told to take the stairs. Our room is on the 4th floor. I am not physically fit and I have to endure the inconvenience of taking the stairs. We were told that we cannot use the elevator until the next day. I will file a complaint to the manager.

I recommend it.

Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff were very nice. Mario, one of the front desk clerks, was very knowledgeable about places we'd be interested in visiting, and it's in a good, safe location.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The only negative is that it needs a carpet cleaning or new carpeting.

Amazing Find

Breakfast was great. Housekeeping kept my 5-person room clean. Commute was excellent around San Diego. At check-in, Mario told me.places to eat and visit since it was my first time. Anyone looking for a hotel should not skip this place. We may come back.
