Old Town

Very quit, Pet friendly, The room felt a little stuffy but was nice and clean. The bed was not very comfortable for me personally. The hotel is about 7-10 min walk to shops and fabulous restaurants. The hotel staff was friendly.

Close to old downtown

Pros: Easy access to the freeway and within walking distance to many restaurants in old downtown.
Cons: Better attention to the room cleaning, especially the bathroom.

Enjoyed being within walking distance from old downtown and the many restaurants as well as the easy access on and off the frwy. I was however disappointed with the room. Went to use a hand towel and found it dirty, also the toilet seat had several hairs on it as well as the entire seat was wet. When I went down for breakfast at 7 am there was no milk and one of the patrons had to ask the attendant to please provide some milk. I noticed when I went in that the attendant was chatting with the desk clerk. Not very professional. This is an older hotel and has been refurbished but could use some more upgrades such as the carpet which was frayed. I did speak with one of the maids who did replace the dirty towel. I also had conversation with the front desk when I checked out & they assured me they would pass this on up the management chain.

Cons: Over all facility maintenance
Location: Had a room on the on ramp of the freeway
The hotel staff were wonderful and friendly They tried to compensate for the hotel-no working ice machines so they bought ice and had it available

Great Loction, Easy Freeway Access

Pros: All the above
Cons: Room is carpeted and after spilling water and trying to clean up with a face cloth-IT WAS BLACK from the dirt.
The hotel is built around a courtyard with a pool which makes for a lot of noise. The noise did stop at 10:00. Ask for a room away from the Freeway. The breakfast was fine and the staff were very accommodating. The room has a window that actually opens.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the free breakfas

Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.. the room was very clean .. the free breakfast was yummy too.

Not what we expected

The room did not seem clean, there was old toothpaste sitting in a corner of the sink! The carpet made the bottom of your feet black if you walked around barefoot. It was gross. Good thing we only stayed for one night.

Shocked to discover a daily charge for the safe in my room. An item that I would have remove if I knew they were charging for it daily wether you use it or not. Scam
