Dear Sharon,Thank you for your review. These comments were already discussed during your stay. It was rather suprising was the fact you came to the reception after 6th night of your stay with a list of room remarks one day prior to departure. It is hard to make a guest satisfied when given such a short notice, specially almost at the end of the stay. If we knew you were this much unsatisfied with your room, we would definitely offer a room move. I am also quite surprised to see your guest review, when upon checking out you requested financial compensation for the room remarks mentioned in your guest review. A fair compensation has been given to you in an agreed amount, where I would like to quote you "I wanted to speak you so we can handle this before I put down a bad review".

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was excellent and informative and just down right nice. Wish we could have stayed here longer. Went to the Sky Bar there and the bartender there was excellent. He was just awesome. we were treated awesome here!!! Thank you!

Wonderful Surprise
Easy parking (paid), quick and friendly check-in! Room was clean and comfortable with good air conditioning. Nice gym on the top floor and the delicious restaurant and bar Pancha on top floor. The service was incredible with one staff member who exemplified five-star service. This was a great stay!

Lovely hotel and excellent customer service.
Our stay was absolutely lovely. We had a great experience from check in to check out with all staff very helpful. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The breakfast had a wide variety of foods to choose from with very good coffee! Despite its size the hotel did not feel crowded and everybody we met was lovely and very welcoming!

The hotel is not well maintained. The curtain in the room is torn. In the bathroom is missing a light bulb. One day they forgot to clean the room and provide towels. One other day they forgot to wash the cups of tea. The pool at the spa is only open in the afternoon

Modern hotel with good resturant. Staff was very accommodating. The hotel is centrally located. Overall satisfied with this hotel. Price was reasonable. Would book in the future.

In general it is a nice hotel. What is not confortable is the bath where you need to take a shower. Small space to stand. I had low signal internet in room 603. And no soap next to shower. For these reasons it is not the best review from my side

Good choice
The upgrade to Studio was amazing! Nice staff, good breakfast, access controlled parking outside and underground (plus car wash), relaxing and good spa facilities and pool. Situated nearby train station and lot of shops and supermarkets. Fast internet connection. Totally recomment it!

Little concern for anyone other than conventioneer
Waited 1 hour to go to the restaurant because it was closed for an event, only to be told it was not open at all to us. Misinformed by front desk. It was very Difficult finding an open restaurant. Asked for a quiet room away from conventioneers, elevators etc. Got a room next to the elevator. Walls so thin, when people in the next room were talking, we could hear every word. Bathroom was clean and large. Overall experience awful and it was very expensive.

Nice, clean hotel, and easy access to train
We needed a place to stay on short notice. The staff were more than helpful. Even though we were in a more remote area of Slovakia the staff were able to communicate in English with ease, which was not expected but greatly appreciated. One staff receptionist even went above and beyond to help us secure a car rental as we were not able to find any availability online ourselves. The food was great in the restaurant and reasonably priced. The facilities were lovely, the pool ambient, I only wish it was open earlier in the day. There were three days we were there where a city bylaw prevented the hotel from running the A/C, which was not nice given the weather was in the high 30s (Celsius), but the hotel provided as much to compensate as possible. Overall, a great experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel staff were excellent
The check in process was very quick and efficient. The ladies on reception were very attentive and friendly (especially Anna). Room was clean and bathroom was well equipped. I would stay again if I were to visit Zilina

Unfortunately, there was an electrical failure during the entire two days of our stay. The staff was helpful, but did not provide accurate information about the return of power, or alternatives. The location is good, close to downtown, and the staff is friendly. The room itself was nice, but very hot.

We went to Žilina to watch a football match, and were delighted by the location of this hotel adjacent to the stadium. We had dinner, which was good but not fantastic. Bar was well stocked, and service was both pleasant and friendly. We only stayed one night, but had no complaints.

I am satisfied with this hotel, everything was really nice, the only thing wrong - I booked a King bed and was given two single beds, I come to reception to complain and the lady says just put them together. LOL. After I refused I was given one bed but still two mattresses put together. That is not a king bed!! Otherwise the staff was helpfull, the hotel is very nice, clean, the restaurant is good, and there is a nice bar on the 10th floor.

EXTREMELY GOOD HOTEL
Stayed there for 4 nights in may 2012. The front desk, the restaurant and the rooms were all impeccable. The beds were extremely comfortable!!! The staff gave an overall good service. I will definitely stay in this hotel again.

The hotel was convenient to both the train station and the central part of town. Quite nice.
