christmas stop

We were in this hotel for one night while traveling for christmas, the room was very nice and clean, staff excellent they changed our room when i mentioned we had a baby andwe wanted a room far from noise. The only thing I did not like was the food, I ordered arrachera tacos and they were cold and the meat very greasy, the naranjada was mostly water, very disappointing.

Although the hotel is under remodeling kind of uncomfortable, but rooms are ok, and clean.

All round good hotel

I love this hotel mainly because of the Staff. They allways remember my name and who I am. It is an all round great hotel for Hermosillo, good rooms, good restaurant, good gym and pool and they are renovating all of the rooms.

Not as good as I tought

We had to be moved to another room because the bathroom And the AC were not working. The other room was nicer and newer but the AC was too noisy. We couldnt sleep at all. Staff is kind And food is good.

Great place to stay

This place was absolutely clean,every time I would step out and return by the end of the day there was always fresh towels,fresh soap,floors were vaccum and beds were made, I didn't need to call front desk for anything.I would definitely stay here again with no worries.

Great hotel with excellent service

Pros: Great facilities and very clean. Staff is very friendly.
Cons: Perhaps placing ice machines on each floor would improve the service.
Location: Sonora steak is nearby. Excellent restaurant for steaks
When I arrived the front desk clerk asked me if I wanted to wait for a room facing the south as these are quieter and since I was staying for a week, she thought I would enjoy my stay more. I accepted. Rooms are good sized. I felt the rooms at the newer Hampton are very small. The housekeeping staff was excellent. Very flexible on when they would service the room. Only draw back I found is that you need to order ice through room service.

Pros: Location
Cons: I think it needs some improvements, its a very good property but years have passed, it need to get it up to date.
Good quality, nice stay. friendly staff. The restaurant is nice, food is good with mexican dishes

Old and not business friendly hotel

This hotel used to be a great hotel.Today it is old, bad maintenance. No work place in room. Dirty room, old and torn furniture!! Nor good at all, except for personnel that where very friendly.
