The room was comfortable. We had an issue with the temperature and the staff were quick to change our room to one without issues. The staff are professional and friendly and even provided an amazing recommendation for a restaurant nearby. The breakfast has lots of options and everything was very tasty. The hotel is right next to the station and a 15 minute walk to downtown. Overall was a great stay.

The inside of hotel was clean but the area outside of hotel, the side walk was dirty. There was someone sleeping on the side walk. Some improvements can be done

Great, Convenient Hotel
Stayed only one night, but the hotel was very clean and with friendly, helpful staff. Wife and I enjoyed our stay and everything went smoothly, specially the great breakfast in the morning. Happy customers here.

Hotel was great. Right by the main station and a nice walk into the centre. Places to eat close by. Breakfast had loads of choice. Staff helpful and friendly.

Noi siamo viaggiatori frequenti per lavoro. Ho fatto la prenotazione con l’acceso VIP access ma quando siamo arrivati la mattina l’impiegato ci ha detto che era impossibile perchè il check in doveva essere fatto dopo le 14. Potevamo lasciare i bagagli al loro deposito ma una volta assegnata la camera avremmo trovato i bagagli lì. Noi abbiamo chiesto la cortesia visto che eravamo con il nostro bambino piccolo ma hanno detto che non c’era disponibilità di camere in un albergo di sette piani ma accettiamo questa loro disponibilità . Mio marito che era un cliente abituale e si è visto perché avevano il suo documento nel sistema, doveva partire per lavoro ed è tornato a mezzogiorno ed ancora non avevano camere disponibili ha preso le sue valigie di lavoro ed è partito. Mio figlio ed io siamo tornati in albergo per le 14:30 e ci hanno dato la camera ma le valigie erano ancora al deposito. La signorina ha detto che gli mandava subito in camera. Nel frattempo il mio bambino ha fatto la doccia e ce ne siamo resi conto che le valigie ancora dopo le 15:30 erano al deposito. Sono scesa ho riferito tutto l’accaduto ad un nuovo impiegato ma nessuno mai della direzione mi ha chiesto scusa visto tutto l’accaduto da quando siamo arrivati alle 9:45 am in albergo. Oltretutto le stanze sono al di sopra dei €190 euro al giorno, dovrebbero avere personale più adatto e che si assuma le proprie responsabilità. Veramente personale poco affabile con il cliente

Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice breakfast included with room. Kinda far from the best shopping but if you like to walk it’s not a bad walk to the Colusseum area. It’s in a quiet neighborhood and there are decent places to eat and shop within a few blocks. Meets one’s needs. Staff info on transportation and tickets was not accurate several times and caused me to have to scramble. They need to update their staff on basic tourist informational needs. But they were efficient, and generally most courteous.

Convenient, modern hotel near train station
We stayed here while in Bologna for two nights, and wanted to stay near the train station. It is just across the street, so condition satisfied. The hotel is modern, clean and has a very good included breakfast. We will stay here again when in Bologna.

The hotel room is very up to date and beautifully designed. Bed was comfy, room was quite, breakfast outstanding. Front desk very amicable and helpful. The hotel is just on the other side of the street from the train station so it was very convenient for travel. On the other hand, the area on the west side of the hotel seem not good to venture into at night. It seems standard, but when you step out of the bathtub be careful, as the tub is quite deep and the bottom of the tub is higher than the floor, the step out may surprise you.

Great location across from the train station and 15 min walk to main square. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Shower requires step into a tub which is a bit high. Bfast had a good variety. American coffee was too strong but cappuccino was a good alternative. Price is reasonable for quality. I would stay here again if i was in Bologna.

I got in late from Bologna airport and this was a great stay. A/C worked great (which was lovely in the heat wave), and everything was good. Only issue is that I had to take the lid off of the toilet to flush it. Not sure what was going on there. But, wonderful stay otherwise!

Comfortable, convenient stay and great service.
We stayed here on our arrival in Italy and stayed for one night before heading to northern Italy. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and our room was very comfortable. I was worried in advance about whether the air conditioning would work well, as we've stayed in several hotels in Italy where it is not very functional, but it worked super well here. The breakfast was fantastic and the location was perfect - close to the train station and walking distance to the city center. Really nice outdoor seating for breakfast or an evening cocktail. We are staying here again in a few days before we leave Italy and are looking forward to it.
