Easy check in & out/ nice breakfast/ always coffee available/drinks & snacks. No complaints @ all/ the elevator broke down- wasn't a big deal- was on 3rd floor.

Had all we needed

Pros: Location - easy to get to Utica Square where the show is. Price lower than other nice hotels.
I asked for a room on the first floor and got it. Staff was friendly and helpful. Mattress good. Room looked pretty. Air conditioner worked well - kept at 70 degrees. I only need a sheet and my husband needs more covers and there's a comforter sort of wrapped up in between the covers but I coped. TV worked. Breakfast had many choices. We get there late and leave early to work an art festival so that's all we need.

I am usually pleased with Comfort Inn. I was disappointed that I requested a ground floor; I didn't get it. My next choice if I couldn't get a ground floor was a room near the elevator; I didn't get it. The room seemed clean, but on closer look, it was VERY dusty. There was a layer of dust on the night stand, the lamp, the clock. The tub was also rather slippery. The bed was comfortable. We also like having a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot, and free wi-fi.

Overall, good place to stay

The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast is very good. Great value. The woman at the front desk could smile a bit more and not seem so angry. Maybe it was just a bad day for her so i will not rant too much about that. We did enjoy our one night stay and had a good time in Tulsa. The complimentary buffet breakfast makes this place a great value!
