Nice hotel , Friendly staff

Pros: The rooms were very nice & comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Plumbing, Television, remote control, a/c..etc., everything worked perfectly.
Cons: 0
Location: Location was nice, close to freeway & restaurants.
The hotel has been remodeled & is very nice. The staff were excellent, VERY friendly & thoughtful.

BAD BACK? KEEP GOING!

Room was OK, plenty of room and clean. But bath was way to small to share which is not optimal when you are trying to get up and going. WORSE OF ALL WAS THE BED! In all my stays in hotels/motels of a lifetime, this was the worst. We had to put pillows in the middle of the bed to help us stay on our side. The middle was sunk in like a boat. It was the most uncomfortable night ever. I have back problems and was really concerned about the consequences of spending the night, but it was midnight, and we had no where else to go.

False Advertising

Unexpectedly needed a hotel, searched Hotels.com amenities and price were a good fit.booked online, got to hotel no pool or hot tub, bed had a steel bar sticking out about 3 inches, which hurt like heck! went to shower no bar soap the hotel had to search for some soap we got the last one. Pillows and bed made me itch and break out on left side of body. At checkout we received our receipt that was $16.00 and some change less than what we paid did not understand that!?

Overall it was decent.

Had to be moved a couple of times due to plumbing and broken bed, but the staff was very quick to help and gave good service. There was only one woman who was less than pleasant, giving an eyeroll and sigh when we asked for a 30 minute later checkout due to my being on a conference call for work, but other than that, the staff was great, the rooms need upgrading, bathrooms are nice but TIGHT fit and the door scraped the counter upon opening and closing. For the price, it was acceptable.

The hotel states that it is 100% smoke free and recently remodeled. The room had a terrible stench of stale cigarettes. We informed the woman at the front desk and she was kind enough to spray febreeze in the room while we were out, but it did not help at all. But, not only was it the smell that made it a bad stay, the king sized bed was the most uncomfortable bed we had ever slept in. It was like sleeping on a piece of plywood with a sheet on it. My back killed me for 2 days! And I might add that we are in our 30s.
