The room I had to 294 it was big it was nice it was very quiet in the inside it was clean and nice the nicest room I ever had up there I like the inside better than the outside

expensive, i couldnt get towels because they didnt have any, i had dead roaches stuck to the inside of my freezer, there is no breakfast, no exercise facility, no spa, laundry out of order, there is numerous amounts of homless people on the property and cops because of it, i had to switch rooms 3 times, you only get 2 towels for 2 beds (if you can get any at all), lamp didnt work, no vending on premises. prices are ridicolous for what you get, maid didnt even come to my room

Has roaches, bed railing were exposed and unsafe for those who have toddlers or infants. Its meant for weekly and none travelers in my opinion.

Neighbors were loud kids screaming all night. Ambulances pulling in every 5 minutes people yelling screaming homeless people out buming money horrible place to stay

Had some issues the First room I was put in. The front desk was more than helpful and got me moved into a room inside the building and I was able to rest because there was no bugs and the lights worked. And al though I wish the ice machine worked and the guest laundry table to be used. Ad you were given more than a Over sized hand towel to use as a bath towel. And one for the floor or a floor mat to keep from slipping and one wash cloth is not enough no hand towels to dry hands on no towel for your hair. You don't get the breakfast it says is included. COVID is not a good legit reason for it to not be served. It supposed to be included in the stay and the price. But it's not available. Ehh oh well yaknow. I wish there was a way to get a two for one night special

Cockroaches, slow seemingly dial-up speed internet constantly dropping out, and intermittent television service. It took four rooms to finally find one without unwanted guests (cockroaches) or so I thought. On my last day there, I found cockroaches in my fourth room. When I brought the roaches to the counter to discuss my unwillingness to share a room with the unwanted guests, they quickly took them and said they had been spraying and the cockroaches must be on the run and offered me a different room, saying that the cockroaches were just recently spotted. The price was too good to be true, if you want the normal comforts and to not have to share a room with cockroaches.

For the price it works...Property is old and probably hard to keep up with, but staff are nice, very understanding and willing to do what they can to make your stay pleasant as possible. Some rooms are cleaner and better than others, but as mentioned, for the price, it works. The Elephant Run bar and grill is a cool place to hang out with live music and by the time you're done at 2 in the morning having a good time, you walk next door, hop in bed, and it all works.

Disgusting place, 1st room had carpet torn up, broken furniture, Requested a room change and the 2nd room was full of roaches. Only good thing is they said they wouldnt fight the refund request.

First thing, when we tried checking in, it took at least 2 HOURS for them to find us a "clean" room. There was mold in the bathroom. The curtains and bedding were all either torn, stained, or had cigarette burns on them. We were told that because of the several issues they would only charge us $34 for the room. They ended up charging us OVER $100 for this room. I couldn't even bring myself to use the shower in the morning and when I told the clerk about the roaches, the only response I got, was "they should have put you in a room in the lobby" WILL NEVER RETURN. I suggest you don't either. Also several obvious drug addicts were staying there and coming and going frequently. Trash bags piled up in several of the walk ways, blocking the stairs.

The place was dirty and trash was everywhere. Luckily the service desk was helpful and got us a new room. It was too late for me to look elsewhere. Our first room had four stains on the bed, a roach in the bathroom, and a wet spot on the carpet by the front door. Trash cans were overflowing into hallways, homeless people were outside the buildings. The advertised breakfast was not provided. The photos were not accurate at all. I can provide my own photos if asked. No security whatsoever. I will NEVER stay here again nor recommend to anyone. Not even my enemies.

The worst hotel ever
I checked in at the front desk and there was roaches crawling on the desk. I went to the room open the door and the smell of cigarette smoke was strong enough to knock me down. Then inside the room checked the bathroom and there was roaches everywhere. The carpets were so filthy. We turned in our keys and left we will never go back there ever again.

I had cockroaches in the room and the bathroom was a disaster. The cold water knob didn't work and I had a super scalding hot shower. But I may have needed that to disperse any germs from the stay. Then the next day, my debit card was attempting to place fraudulent charges in Paypal. Several charges of over $200 each. Thank goodness my credit union caught that. The place is also in a sketchy area with a field behind the hotel where a lot of homeless people were camping out. I was going to mention how kind the front desk was but after my card was being fraudulently used, I am not so sure. Will definitely not stay here again.
