Misleading that room sleeps three
We booked a “suite “ for three adults and the room #2 had a queen and a cot. The cot was in horrible shape. Sagged in the middle. They need to represent what type of beds they’re offering when they say room sleeps three. The decor was nice old fashion country bed and breakfast style. But our room had a very old not charming love seat that was so broken down they had to put a wooden board under the cushions. It was so old and unpleasant. It needs to go. The steam shower was A nice feature but impossible to figure out so we didn’t get to enjoy. Host said the fireplace is working but we can’t use it since the cot was in front of it. Breakfast was continental with homemade muffins. Fine. I’m bit sure I’d book again for the cost I think you can find better.

Convenient + charming, close to Okemo Mountain
Cute old bed and breakfast - original structure was built in 1700's, some rooms built in 1800's, lots of character. Call ahead if you need an extra bed/cot. Note as a B&B, there is a shared thermostat - our room did get a little warm for us, so we just opened a window. Continental breakfast was quick and convenient before heading to the mountain.

Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort
I was looking forward to this inn, but was disappointed in the room we stayed in. Upon arrival, the inn was not full but we were told that the empty rooms had not been cleaned yet, so we ended up staying in a room toward the back of the property, in the second floor. The room was small and the bed was most uncomfortable. It is possible that the other rooms are much nicer with better mattresses and cleaner. On a positive note, the main floor of the inn is lovely and the owners friendly. More attention should be given to bedding, specially mattresses, and overall cleanliness.
