CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE!! MADE NO EFFORT TO ACCOMMODATE ME!!!! Don't post it. Did you even Bother to see I did not stay there?? Post it or not I am NOT changing it!!!!
The room was clean for the most part. Around base boards and bathroom fan was covered in dust bunnies. Everything else looked fine. The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Has a metal base that popped every time you got up and was like sleeping on concrete. Check in was ok but desk clerk had to go find out if room was ready even though it was past check in time. Would not choose this property again.

the place is kind of out dated in the rooms. They were clean but the beds were a bit uncomfortable, too soft.
The girl that runs that place is amazing, she was always there working so hard.
Dated room in need of a carpet change, not just a cleaning. Carpet was dirty. Room smelled of some fragrance cleaner that is almost offensive. Refrigerator had to be changed out.
Their maintenance couple were helpful in changing out the refrigerator and figuring out the TV operation. Their breakfast was terrible.
The beds seemed a little hard for me. The shower was nice & hot. Massage felt great, Breakfast was really great.
But overall was a very nice overnite stay.

I was unable to stay because I received a call an hour prior to leaving on my trip telling me that I loner had a reservation that Expedia had overbooked, and I needed to call Expedia for a refund! This was the only hotel in the city. Nothing else was available!!! I had a meeting to attend and had a 100 mile trip and no room! After my Meeting l had to find something which a 30 mile trip there and back the next morning! I was told to call Expedia and ask for a refund. It was so nice to talk to a computer who would only say do you what to cancel, if you cancel you may be charged for your stay!!!!!!! No to speak to a person. I was charged for stay I didn’t make and had to pay for another room mile’s away!!! I will never make another reservation through Expedia and will not recommend you to anyone I know!!!!! Hope you make a lot of money taking advantage of people.
Great place, very nice owners, very accommodating. One of the best of all places we stayed at during a two week family trip. When in the area, we will stay again.
My only complaint is the bed is stiff and the pillows are dense but beside that I had a lovely experience. Bathrooms are nice, rooms are spacious, and the staff are pretty nice. Also warning, the vending machine is a roll of the dice, you don’t know what you’ll get.

The non-smoking room has been heavily smoked in. It was like they just converted a smoking room or something. I couldn’t run the AC until as it tripled the smell. I’m allergic so it got my sinuses going. And eyes itchy.
Room also had paint chipping all over. Needs a fresh coat.
Even thought I requested a non-smoking room it still wreaked of cigarettes. I didn’t bother to ask for another room because another couple we knew staying there had the same problem. The sheets were also stained. I didn’t bother with that either because I was only there for the night and would be leaving as soon as I got up in the morning. The refrigerator was very cold though and that’s not usually the norm so that was a plus. It was a great location as well, just needed a good deep cleaning. The front desk was very friendly though.
The outside of the building was clean. The rooms smell musty, towels were dirty. No blankets. What looked like blood all over the air conditioner. Breakfast was sub par. Inside of rooms needs to updated badly. Staff needs to clean better. Breakfast needs to be more fresh.
Key card didn’t work first time I went up to my room. It was already late and I had my hands full and had to pee. Very aggravated they couldn’t have made sure the key card was activated the first time.
