The hotel has gardens, many plants and trees, and is located in an old house so sometimes you can see insects, but this does not mean danger to people.The water problem is very big and unfortunately we do not have the support of our government to solve it, so we fix the situation by paying for the water supply on our own. Estimado Bernard Gracias por tu comentario, en efecto nuestros camastros ya llegaron a su fin y Hotel de la Parra en la busqueda de siempre dar lo mejor ya habiamos proyectado el nuevo mobiliario y lo tendremos a principios de febrero, regresando a utilizar la madera que tanto gustó a los anteriores huéspedes.Sobre el desagüe de las regaderas, en orden de buscar mayor limpieza, ama de llaves coloca en las salidas una pequeña tapa plástica transparente que solo debe ser removida para dejar fluir el agua, buscaremos cambiarlas por unas de color para que puedan ser mejor vistas fácilmente por los huéspedes.Al día de hoy Hotel de la Parra solo brinda servicio de hospedaje, el servicio de transportación es ajeno a nosotros, solo lo recomendamos porque sabemos que es una de las mejores compañias en Oaxaca.Apreciamos tu honestidad y te aseguro que cada comentario lo usamos para mejorar.Saludos

Dear Claudia, Thank you for writing. I want to inform you that the Boutique de la Parra hotel is very safe and there is only one way to open the room door and that is with the key. In the hotel only 2 people have access to the rooms, the guest and the housekeeper.Yes, we are an old house from the 16th century but the house was renovated 2 years ago.The furniture has been changed and only some special pieces that are part of the history of the house have been preserved.I hope in the future you will give us the opportunity to show you the beauty of the property.
