Top class hotel in FlorianopolisPosted Mar 8, 2017
Pros: Excellent staff and service.
Location: Good and safe location.
Excellent customer service, friendly and helpful. Valet parking is efficient. Room size is big, bedroom is very clean and comfortable. Living room and kitchen seemed a little old. Great view from the balcony and rooftop pool. Nice place to stay a few days.

A little gemPosted Mar 26, 2015 on Hotels
The staff and size of the hotel was perfect. The view from front rooms overlooking the park and the water is terrific, and if you don't mind being away from downtown, but still in a commercial district, this is perfect.

Recommend the breakfastPosted Aug 21, 2013
Pros: Breakfast, kitchen, and size
The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful and all speak very good English. The highlight of this hotel for me, was the excellent breakfast at a very reasonable price. Great, safe location. Hope to be back.

A more or less experiencePosted Sep 29, 2010
It was extremely frustrating not knowing how to use the telephone to dial front desk!!! Very different to what we all might be used: dialing "0" or "9", i had the dial * and a extension, however NOT one paper, brochure or anything to show you. I had to come downstairs to speak to the front desk, when elevated my concern they first argued with me that i should've seen the paper (where there was none) and second of all promised to fix the issue (which they didn't)... Very frustrating to make a single phone call...
