"The room appeared clean but when I prepared to put my socks on after being barefooted, I realized that the carpet and floors were dirty even. Though they looked clean. The refresh also didn’t wipe off the dirty table. The hand towels are very thin and instantly quite wet after one use and bathroom tissue is poor quality. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location is very convenient. We have stayed here many times and are generally quite good pleased."

The sitting area was also not nice and there was construction so people in line to check in where in the way to the elevators. The hotel is getting a bit dated and it's still expensive. "Everything was excellent, from the friendly staff to the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. A couple of areas could use improvement. The internet connection was extremely slow and frequently disconnected, which made it difficult to use reliably. The streaming services on the TV experienced similar connectivity issues. The only other disappointment was being asked to leave the downstairs lobby area and not being allowed to eat a meal there, despite it being vacant at the time. It would have been nice to have a comfortable common area available for guests to use. Aside from those issues, I had a great experience and would consider staying here again."
