“Great place and location. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. The unit is brand new, spacious and is a short walk to Cerritos beach. The only reason for a 4 rather than a 5 was because there was construction noise and activity for the majority of time during our stay and it would have been helpful to have a heads up about this before we learned about when we arrived. Also, the unit would benefit with some more supplies like more plates, BBQ utensils, more towels, etc. (but……
