Nice hotel close to the mall and dining

Overall the hotel was great, only setback is that the rooms do not come with a mini fridge or microwave.

Nice hotel with everything you need

My second time staying here and both times everything has been excellent, from the staff checking in to the cleanliness of the room. If I had to make a negative comment it would be that the room needs more light, but that is just personal taste.

Check-in time

Pros: Cleanliness.
Cons: Pillows are too soft, no body at all. You sink into it when you use the pillows.
Location: Good location for social activities.
Worst check-in TIME I ever had. I was told by staff when I booked in this hotel that I can have an early check-in, true I booked early approx. 11:30 am and was given a room approx. 3:15pm.

I’m so sorry that we were not able to honor your early check in request. Sometimes it gets difficult when we have a full house and our check out time is not until 12 noon. Wish we knew about the pillows, we would’ve replaced them for you. Hope you will give us a second chance in the future.

Pros: Its the closest hotel to artesia that is very clean and nice
Very friendly staff. Breakfast is overpriced but there is a starbucks in the hotel.

Not as clean as I would like.

Cons: Cleaniness
Not as clean as I would like. The carpets were dirty and needed vacuuming, no towels by the pool (one time). Overall experience ok, but not great.

The area was nice and quiet. The hotel was also very nice. The only complaint I have is that breakfast voucher are limited to two per night reserved. Had to pay for additional guests.
