Good vale but a bit tired.

Staff were very helpful and multi lingual. Room was pleasant but showing signs of wear. The beach area in very nice, sandy, lots of shallow (1.2m) water. Buffet breakfast was good with omelettes cooked to order etc. We paid extra for an evening meal on the first night but it wasn't worth the 25 Lira each. I'd avoid dinner and go to Cesme where the food was great. (Minibuses can be flagged down right outside the hotel.)

Good Hotel Requiring Updating

Pros: Hotel staff were professional and helpful.
Cons: The rooms, in particular, could use an improvement. A restaurant for private dining experience would be helpful, especially for breakfast as an option.
Location: Beach clubs, Alaçatı city center is great dining and evening experience, Çeşme Marina is a good evening location as well.
We enjoyed our stay at Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, however, it is evident the hotel needs to be updated. The rooms, in particular, could use an improvement. A restaurant for private dining experience would be helpful, especially for breakfast as an option to the mass production breakfast. Beach and Pool towel location is not entirely convenient. A location before the pool closer to the hotel would seem appropriate.

Nice hotel and clean

Got a free suit upgrade because of expedia booking. Clean and nice hotel rooms but the bathroom was very small compared to room. Otherwise good beach and sea.

A brief stay

We were at the hotel to celebrate a birthday. The hotel honoured our requests for high floor quiet nonsmoking room and although the room was a little tired, it was comfortable enough. A lovely touch was, when they found out it was my birthday, they left a surprise present of cake and wine in our room. We had chosen this hotel for the indoor pool and spa, and we were not disappointed. Those facilities were excellent. We were puzzled however that there were charges for everything apart from the pool. The steam-room, the sauna and hammam, as well as the thermal pool were all extra. We'd have expected to pay for treatments, but in other hotels of this class, those facilities mentioned are usually openly available to hotel guests. The buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection available. Sadly however, the same could not be said of the evening buffet. To say it was disappointing would be an understatement. Overall though our stay at this hotel, positioned perfectly between Çeşme and Alaçatı, was very enjoyable.

Bad breakfast

The breakfast was not good. The buffets were limited, far away from most of the the tables, cheese and other elements were second class, the fruits were very limited. The bread buffet not sufficient and pastry e.g. pancakes were not eatable. The concierge was awful, they did not give any voucher for our luggages and keep them somewhere at the reception site, When we took our luggage nobody look after them.
