First few days in Morocca and still becoming accustomed to local ways. Check in seemed overly complicated, as we had pre-booked and pre-paid. Eventually got it sorted out ; it may just have been the manual entry of all forms into the system is not something we are used to.

Good hotel with excellent location

Fabulous breakfast & great location. However, the food at breakfast should have been covered as there were flys around the bread, cakes/pastries. The Wi-Fi was very poor as soon as you connected it kept dropping out. I told the staff & he said he would get it resolved but the problem remained daily throughout my stay

Excellent variety of continental breakfast and Moroccan dishes . Friendly staff . Meriam at the reception was very helpful and professional. Badr and team at the restaurant were very nice and friendly. Always at your service . Spa was amazing . Massage and Hammam was great . Excellent experience ❤️
