“It was very close to the road so we hear traffic, had trouble with keyless entry. Poor internet at that area of town, we will just be closer to town next time”

“This was absolutely one of the worst places I've been to. We checked in and out with a full refund within 1 hour of arriving. Upon checking in it seemed a little run down, but not gross. Once in our room, mind you is a Luxury King Suite with a jetted tub overlooking mountain view. It was a small room, I wouldn't have let my dog in the tub, and it came with a mini fridge filled with cockroach egg sac frozen in the ice, microwave was barely big enough for a frozen dinner, the bed smelled like bath……

“Main thing: it was very clean which is my highest priority. But, it is a 1902 house which lacks amenities. It is not a good choice if ambulatory access is necessary. The breakfast was well prepared and was delivered to your door at the exact time I requested, but there was no choice in the breakfast. I felt fortunate that the food was well done - but maybe a problem if choice was expected. There was no easy chair for lounging or reading as the room was small. The blazing room air conditioner……

“Let me start by saying part of this was probably my fault because I misunderstood the instructions. We arrived, went to the porch of the house, entered the code provided in the email, unlocked the door, and went inside. Like most people, we looked around, brought our suitcases in, and got settled. A couple of hours later we left to grab something to drink. When we came back, the original code no longer worked. I called the number on the instructions, and they gave me a new code. It unlocked……
