Service is very slow and not even able to get an extra towel/blanket. Waited 30 minutes to check in, as they were busy with endless tour guide's request, very annoying. If you travel with your family only and don't want to wait to be serviced after big tour groups, don't stay there.

Nice hotel will stay again.

nice clean hotel with big rooms and good breakfast. Close to the highway so easy to reach on a business trip for stop over. Clean and nicely decorated, people at reception friendly and helpful.

Clean but boring

GOOD Modern and clean. Covers, duvet and pillows were amazingly comfortable. Great service - staff was helpful and accommodating no matter the ask. Short 5 min ride to Cham train station. Very good ice cream! BAD The room is small and stale. Boring. Bad view. No possibility to change the room temperature. Nothing around the hotel forces you to do everything at the hotel and the restaurant was stale. Have to pay for everything including wifi, bad bfast, etc. The king size bed is actually two twin beds. Shower layout is ridiculous, towels were in the showers and the whole bathroom was wet by the time I finished. Plus was freezing because there's no door.

The room was functional - large, modern, clean and had good wired internet access (I couldn't seem to get wifi to work.) Couldn't get the bedside lights to work, there wasn't any aircon in the room (pretty warm) and no shampoos/conditioner were provided in the bathroom.

Motorway hotel

Pros: The lobby bar has very good decor and atmosphere for such a modern hotel.
Cons: Could have more international TV channels Free WiFi is slowish and limited to two devices
Location: Not much in Lindencham (two other restaurants, no shops). Cham is 5 minutes by bus (every 15mins) where there are shops, restaurants and great walks
We stayed here for over a week while we temporarily moved out of our house. Most of the guests just overnight here en route to elsewhere. Handy for motorway, reasonably convenient for Zug, Lucern. Did not use the restaurant this time but have eaten lunch there previously and it was good. Quite expensive given the somewhat industrial location.
